This homestay / airbnb style hotel was exactly as advertised, washing machine in my room worked wonders, also the owner was super helpful when I needed some assistance, very close to the banshang metro and very authentic shops downstairs to explore.

The apartment is in a village in city. There is no lift so you have to carry the luggage upstairs. The noise is a problen as the wall is not soundproof. The owner charges me 30 RMB for foreigner surcharge, the first time I encounter this thing.
