Hotel is located on a hill, about 8min walk from the main road and vehicles are not allowed to go in.
Room is generally ok, but has some spider webs on all sides.
Lastly, air c9n required additional charge of 20rm is not mentioned clearly.

This homestay / airbnb style hotel was exactly as advertised, washing machine in my room worked wonders, also the owner was super helpful when I needed some assistance, very close to the banshang metro and very authentic shops downstairs to explore.

The apartment is in a village in city. There is no lift so you have to carry the luggage upstairs. The noise is a problen as the wall is not soundproof. The owner charges me 30 RMB for foreigner surcharge, the first time I encounter this thing.

There are various snack restaurants, supermarkets, and billiard entertainment just downstairs. It is suitable for close friends to travel, but not suitable for couples or family travel. I don't recommend staying in this hotel. There are many better hotels nearby with similar prices. The website does not indicate that there is an additional charge for using the air conditioner. They deceive you into coming here and then tell you that there is an additional charge of 20 yuan for using the air conditioner. The money is not much, but the deception is uncomfortable.
