環境不錯，衞生不錯，床挺暖的，投影看得也很清晰，還可以手機投屏距離夫子廟近走幾步就到了離公共交通也很方便，打車也很方便

先説優點。房間很寬敞，適合約會的時候一起吃吃東西看看電影或者幾個朋友出遊聚在一起吃飯聊天看電影。衞生還是挺到位的。裝修簡約有品味。客服的服務態度很好。
然後説缺點。公寓應該是工廠的宿舍改造的吧，不那麼好找，在工業區廠房旁邊，一開始還以為走錯了，挺偏僻的，晚上烏漆嘛黑的。隔音特別差，附近房間關門聲、走廊走路説話的聲音都很清晰，像我們遇上不知道是隔壁還是樓上的住客一整夜非常吵鬧的根本睡不好，然後隔天附近廠房估計是加工還是什麼的也有噪音，都很影響睡眠。感覺三教九流的住客都有，魚龍混雜的，很沒有安全感。浴巾很單薄，床品也很一般。床是吊半空中的，上下沒那麼方便和安全，不小心如果站起來還會撞到腦袋。

一般 新年的話 272 定的房間不貴 但是沒有什麼 除了不貴 其他都很一般 暖氣是暖的 這個可以 床也剛好 1.5 但是也不會小 停車費 自費 19 元 花灑建議換掉 中間是沒心的 屬於壞掉 拖鞋也是孔雀開屏 也是壞掉 好的是有一次性浴巾 但是沒有一次性洗臉巾 房間是寬敞的 浴室出來沒有墊子隔水 加上拖鞋壞的 出來都是感覺腳踩水 有洗衣機 也有晾衣服的陽台 沒有滿意

環境：看起來有點偏 實際上旁邊有夜市吃東西很方便
設施：挺方便的有空調有投影 就是投影衹能看一點東西 其他的要會員 不能投屏的 空調25度都嘎嘎涼

環境：周邊很安靜 地理位置也很方便
衞生：衞生做的很乾凈 差什麼東西直接給老闆説馬上就送過來了
設施：一應俱全 投影儀冰箱洗衣機啥都有 還可以做飯

這公寓酒店讓人意料之外的驚喜，原本我訂的是單床，但是沒房了老闆還特地給我升級了雙床房，驚喜的是兩張床都是大床房，而且氛圍感特別好，下次一定帶上女朋友一超來，祝店家生意興隆
