I came from train station by BRT and changed to short taxi distance. but on the way back. hotel don't get taxi to brt station . send me direct to train station. as I don't speak Chinese . another word hotel cannot communicate English well.

The location of the hotel is FANTASTIC. Just 7 minutes walk to the Paragon mall and a 15 yuan by taxi to the Xiamen Railway station to take a high speed train. There is a metro station just outside the hotel. Also very near to the SM 1, 2 and 3 malls to get local food of Xiamen and to buy local fruits from the Walmart supermarket.  But the staff of the hotel are just AWESOME.  So very helpful and friendly especially Ms Alice Yee and  Mr Max Lee. Helped us to get a taxi on the first day  especially my husband walks with a walking stick and directed the taxi driver in Mandarin to get us to our destination, the Railway Station. When we asked for information for the places of interest they provided tips and ways to get to these places and wrote the names of places of interest in Chinese.  The staff made our holiday stay in Xiamen unforgettable as they made us so welcome. Even little requests for extra water bottles were met immediately  The breakfast is great as we were looking to eat local food like porridge with all the side dishes and also Xiamen noodles.

I have stayed at many Smart Hotels. In fact, the rooms are almost the same, and the breakfast is also good. They also have Xiamen-style sand tea noodles, which are delicious. The rooms have been upgraded and the small refrigerator is very good. The room is very quiet and I can sleep well. Very practical, the hotel environment is very good, the room is bright, well-equipped, the service is attentive, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. What impressed me deeply was the service attitude of the front desk manager, who was really warm-hearted. After sitting in the car for a long time, I was a little hypoglycemic. He even gave me two chocolates and personally helped me carry my luggage. I really had no energy. Thank you. , the heart-warming gesture I encountered when I came to Xiamen, I added chicken drumsticks to him, hahaha, hard work
