I enjoyed my stay and would come back again! The staff didn't speak English but I added them on wechat and was able to message them if I had any issues. The room was also spotless. Having a washing machine was nice as I could wash my clothes whenever I wanted. It's also near SM city which is a good place to do a bit of shopping. It's also near a bus station and a short walk to the metro station.

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

Great hotel with amazing service. I stayed for one week and the room was very clean. During my stay there was a typhoon and the staff was amazing to help with all information and safety precautions. I felt very welcomed through the whole time. Even the cleaning and security staff are all very friendly. The location is okay, walking distance to restaurants and SM Mall, but not close to Metro Station. Anyway Taxi can get you around Xiamen quite fast. I will come back. Thank you.

The owner verry kind and helpfull.. he pickup us even we arrive around 1 am.. and make him trouble when send back to airport.. the room very cozy, wifi nice, plenty food on down of apartment.. plenty amenities he give us.. just prepare Wechat before you arrive to contact the owner (Mr.Ma) for easy communication..

I went to Xiamen for a few days. Unexpectedly, I arrived at the hotel at 1:40 pm on the first day. The waiter and manager at the front desk said that we could not check in at the moment. The hotel only had one suite. We were asked to store our luggage at the front desk. The guests in the previous room had not checked out yet. The room will not be checked out until 6 pm. After the customer service has cleaned it, I can’t check in until 8 pm. I took the high-speed train for 4 hours and wanted to take a rest, but it didn’t work. When we booked the room, it said that we could check in at 2 pm. , you have always said that members who have not checked out before can delay the check-out time. They said they could give us an extended check-out time after 3 days. We checked out at 11:30 on the last day. It’s useless to extend the check-out time, and it’s unfair to future guests. We don’t accept it. We’ll wait. After 15 minutes and no solution, I called the manager and waited for a while. He was told that they could only temporarily open a small room for us to store our luggage and rest. We were given free breakfast for 2 days. We could only put our luggage away first. , rested for a while and was about to go out. Although the hotel provides breakfast and fruits as an apology, a large group does not check in guests on time and requires guests to check in later. Late check-in is not a problem. It would be better if guests could be notified in the morning or earlier. It will be more or less the same after that. The hotel called me at around 3 o'clock to say that I could check in. The room is good, a suite with 3 floors and can accommodate 6 people, but the customer service can still be better. So if we give a good review, we would be sorry to ourselves. The hotel deserves a 5 Star rating. We arrived late that night so they were unable to arrange for the Airport shuttle. However they offered to reimburse my Taxi fare, upgraded our room for Free and even Delivery a fruit Basket + Supper to our room,! Excellent Service. Breakfast was good

Close to the airport, but not fully walkable. A taxi is probably still preferred to get to. I believe if you contact the hotel in advance to ask you can find out more about getting a shuttle - it's somewhat easier to go to the airport from the hotel than going from the airport to the hotel. This is the somewhat 'budget' version of the other Fliport hotels. Hotel rooms are clean enough, with a decent buffet breakfast. There is a pool, gym and very small kids play area. Staff are friendly; somewhat minimal English spoken (if that is a concern). More of a stopover hotel to be near the hotel than a hotel to properly stay and enjoy at.
