Although the hotel provides breakfast and fruits as an apology, a large group does not check in guests on time and requires guests to check in later. Late check-in is not a problem. It would be better if guests could be notified in the morning or earlier. It will be more or less the same after that. The hotel called me at around 3 o'clock to say that I could check in.
The room is good, a suite with 3 floors and can accommodate 6 people, but the customer service can still be better.
