Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience. Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by. Many thanks for a treat trip.

The hotel is located 1.6 kilometers away from Xiamen Station and close to Panji International Center. We will stay for 2 nights from April 5th to 7th. Since we have children, we will not only receive children's gifts when we check in, but also give us a free room upgrade. There is a 24-hour fitness room on the second floor of the hotel and free laundry and drying services, so that we can clean clothes that get wet due to rain in time. Booking breakfast for 2 consecutive days is more cost-effective than booking for 1 day, and free porridge is provided in the evening. On the first day in Xiamen, the car broke down, which was very embarrassing. It was New Year and I was unfamiliar with the place, so I found the hotel front desk. After Ruhao knew the situation, he told us not to rush to rest in the lobby first, and he would find a way. No auto repair shop was open during the New Year, so the hotel engineering was called in for repairs. Liu Zhenrong and Wang Shuai directed the master to repair while repairing through video, and they got dirty all over. I was very grateful and thankful. It took 1 hour to repair the car. Later, I saw that the master's clothes were dirty, and I felt a little sorry. I didn't even want to give red envelopes to the hotel service staff. Thank you very much.
