十分非常的不滿意。去了以後也不需要核實入住人訊息，衹是看了一眼預訂的房間數跟房型。我們住的房間門鎖有問題，關不上，去找老闆，人家直接説那就是關不上，讓我自己找個東西把門插上。然後我又去了第二次，我説門關不上，進風，甘南晚上，草原上太冷了，在我再三強調後老闆給我找了個鑰匙讓我回去試着把門插上。房間內沒有拖鞋跟洗漱用品，我打了民宿電話，老闆問了我們的房間位置説讓人送過來，等了有二十幾分鍾都沒人過來。最後還是我們自己過去要的。洗漱用品就衹有一個牙刷，梳子毛巾啥都沒有。洗浴和衞生間都是公用的。衞生特別差，簡直沒法形容。草原上人可以理解，但是衞生臟亂差就不太好了。床品也破破爛爛的，房子隔音也特別差。很冷，衹有一個電熱毯用來取暖。半夜被凍醒真的很難受。建議大家儘可能的還是不要選擇這家。
