Xiahe Xiarui Hotel

This is the last hotel on the trip to Gannan. It is also the cleanest and most sanitary one. The location is in the center of Xiahe County. There is a good halal home-cooked food restaurant opposite the hotel downstairs. I will choose it again if I have the chance.

The floor in the room was sticky, and the children took off their shoes and stepped on them saying it was sticky to their feet. As for breakfast, there was nothing. It was really no exaggeration. There was nothing. A group of us basically just ate an egg each and left. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is cramped. When taking a shower, each person has to wait half an hour for the water heater to boil before taking the next shower, which is quite troublesome.

Labrang Monastery in Xiahe is the biggest highlight here, and the hotel is not far from the monastery. I don’t know if it’s because the place is too small, but I didn’t see any decent hotels. This hotel is on the main road and is quite comfortable, but the facilities are a bit outdated and there is no socket for charging mobile phones.

Very satisfied. The front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade us to a suite. Great! Hahahaha The security guy was also very helpful and helped with parking instructions. Overall, it was great. I strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

酒店在主街道上，地下停車場，有點兒考驗車技。房間有地暖，比較暖和。酒店對面玉芳早餐店的早餐不錯，周邊小超市很多。

Het hotel op zich was oké, echter 2 heel onaangename dingen meegemaakt. 1 Wij hebben 3 nachten geboekt van 3 t/m 6 april en voor ons ontbijt een bedrag ad 234 yuan betaald bij de reservering. Het hotel bleek bij aankomst echter geen ontbijt te hebben en willen het door ons betaalde bedrag voor het ontbijt niet terugbetalen. Een schande. 2 Wij wilden op 6 april met de bus weer terug van Xiahe naar Langzhou. In eerste instantie vertelden ze bij aankomst tegen ons dat er op 6 april een bus terugging. Een half uur later vertelden ze tegen ons dat er GEEN bus terugging en dat zij voor ons een privé auto konden regelen. Bij het busstation bleek echter dat er die dag. 5 bussen gingen. Wij zijn dus op een onaangename manier verkeerd voorgelicht.
