定的兩間大床房，店員給弄錯了，弄成標間，給説了要不換房間，要不給退差價，最後給説退差價一間40，到現在沒給解決，現在都沒退！

感覺不是特別好哎……毛巾是破的而且有污漬，浴室上面一直在滴水，打電話叫客服居然電話欠費，所以有問題衹能一趟趟走下去找前台，床頭燈有一個是壞的，然後洗澡沒熱水，水温可以洗洗臉但是洗澡確實很涼，去問了後説旅遊團住滿了（估計熱水用完了衹能等重新燒的意思）衹能等到後半夜才有熱水，但是等到後來還是沒熱水，第二天早上爬起來也還是沒熱水，就沒法洗澡

訂的豪華大床房，結果正在給孩子洗澡時浴霸脱落砸了下來，那麼重的東西砸到了小孩背上一道紅印，孩子大聲哭喊。也沒看見服務員，叫來一個工程小哥，帶着到酒店前台説明瞭情況。結果酒店夜班經理跟着到房間詢問了孩子情況，説如果需要可以去醫院檢查，然後簡單臨時的修了浴霸，讓先湊合著洗了澡，直到第二天離店，孩子早上睡醒還説背疼，看着有點淤青，問題倒不是很大。但出來旅遊，行程訂滿的，沒有大問題誰願意跟他們掰扯，直到退房離開，沒有一個工作人員詢問過情況，也沒有人説過一聲抱歉。建議大家訂到市區街道里麪的酒店

1.燒水壺壞了，説了三遍，來了一個人看了一下沒有解決，後來又來了一個阿姨，要把燒水壺放到地上，才能燒水
2.房間的隔音極度差，凌晨兩點隔壁還在大聲喧嘩 躺在床上聽的清清楚楚
3.早上七點半退房，沒有前台，衹能把房卡留在前台，微信交涉退按金，中午交涉退按金，晚上通過攜程交涉才最終把按金退回來，服務極差。
4.早上交涉了退按金，電話交涉了，後面還要來問哪個房間，態度極其惡劣

酒店停車方便，前台服務員很熱情，我們原訂的是雙人間，但我們想住大床，，，辦理入住的時候給服務員説了一下能換個大床最好。服務員立馬給我們換了套房單間，這個房間空間很大，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，不影響睡眠。

優點：很新很乾凈
缺點：洗手間有異味。位置就在公路邊，晚上一直在跑大車，轟隆隆的很吵，而且房間隔音很不好，樓上的聲音非常大。有兩張遺失的身份證，老闆拿着各個房間問找失主，但是，進屋不敲門，直接刷卡開門，這太可怕了吧？房間沒有一次性拖鞋，我問老闆，老闆説看在我們是高級標間的面子上可以贈送，但是需要我們自己下去前台要，但我們去了兩趟都找不到人，電話打過去是另一位不在店裡人接的
