1、一進房間地上有一大坨頭髮沒清理，很不舒服。
2、淋浴的地方沒打掃，前一個客人用的東西還在上面。
3、刷牙的杯子感覺一點都沒刷。
4、找前台問有沒有插線板，回答説沒有，後來我們自己在房間裏找到一個。自家酒店內有什麼東西都不清楚麼？
5、洗澡水一會兒冷一會兒熱。
一千多住這樣的環境，很不值！

設施：設施很新，確實是夏河縣相對不錯的酒店了。除了廁所沒有手紙外。
衞生：衞生還可以吧。和孩子開展打蟲子活動，我10分鐘打死5隻。勝出。不知道是蚊子小時候還是蒼蠅小時候。
環境：環境由於是新開業，一進房間就開着窗户，很濃的薰香味道，也沒在意。直到晚上回來關窗户夜裡要睡覺了才感覺到屋裡有很濃的裝修完的味道自己腦補。
服務：服務很好，前台熱情，有求必應。沖服務日後還會再來。
另外！吐槽一下早點。給我吃什麼菜系我都能接受。衹有速溶咖啡簡直是要了命。

酒店設計裝修很有特色，有些驚艷，入住時告知因為停水導致沒有熱水不能洗澡，可以取消訂單訂其他民宿，但旅途辛苦取消訂單再重新找酒店多麼麻煩啊，且酒店沒有任何補救措施。可能新開業的緣故，服務員服務有些不專業不熟練。房間香薰太濃，應該是為了蓋住裝修味，一晚上鼻子都不舒服

這家酒店簡直把“舒適”和“精緻”刻進了旅行裏！從踏入大堂就被驚艷到，這個色調的設計裏藏着夏河特有的雅緻，前台服務很好，還特意帶着看了幾個房型，最後選了豪華河景房，很棒的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦^_^👍👍

交通便利，房間整潔佈置有新意，小裝飾品很有格調，窗簾還是亞麻的，非常有質感，整體咖色系非常高級。入住體驗極好，就是早晨餐廳人太多了，有點吵鬧。來夏河玩的小夥伴不要錯過這個酒店哦

甘南之旅最滿意的地方，非常棒的選擇。終於可以好好休息一下啦。衞生滿意，服務滿意，早餐滿意，位置優越，走路去拉卜楞寺很近。有自己的停車場，比較安心。夏河很美！景美人更美！

加錢升級了最好的房型，果然貴有貴的道理，高層都是落地窗，視野很好，晚上還可以投影看電視，床真的很舒服，一覺睡到11點都沒來得及吃早餐！很有心的設計，燈光都恰到好處！會推薦給同事朋友的！
