很臟，衞生間不能用，門鎖不上，馬桶很臟，空調沒有遙控器，座機沒有，找不到前台，網上找電話用自己手機聯繫前台。無安全感可言。枕頭黃圈兒。房間有味道。

很噁心，我定的是豪華標間大家一定要避雷這個酒店，真的很噁心，酒店環境巨差裏面地面一堆頭髮，洗漱台都是臟的酒店牆皮都是爛的，房間都是煙味，樓道是廁所的臭味。當時退房平台退不了，他説讓平台再次申請，他們同意，到了晚上他以休息為名，沒有解決這件事情，到了第二天他就反悔，説不給我們退錢。一分不給退，他就是看我們是遊客覺得我們第二天就走，故意故意坑我們一定要避雷。攜程交涉了好多次還是不退

我們到的時間比較遲，晚上十點多了，還下雨，酒店停車場停滿了，就聯繫酒店溝通停車問題，網上聯繫電話打過去的一個女的接的，態度特別差，讓她出來幫我們指導一下哪裡能停車，説讓我們自己隨便在路邊停，我説我是外地人，也不知道哪邊能停哪邊不能停，能不能出來給我們説一下， 她説你看人家在哪停你就在哪停唄。我真是神服，服務行業就這個態度😡我們自己找了好一會，實在沒地方停，就進去找賓館的人，老闆也在，那個接電話的女人還是一直在推脱，嫌棄我們來的遲了，説了半天，有一個胖胖的姐姐才把老闆拉出去幫我們找地兒停車了，停好車後沒有飯吃，那個姐姐還幫我們找燒烤店的電話，幫我們訂燒烤。我覺的這個姐姐人特別好，不然就沖另兩個的服務態度，直接差評。

設施一般，停車麻煩沒有車位就讓你自己想辦法，吃飯更是無語，衹能説一肚子氣，餐飲部服務員態度還不錯，老闆娘態度太惡劣

位置還比較好找，吃飯方便停車很方便，環境衞生很一般，要個牙刷服務員的態度很差，價格也不是很便宜，總體感覺很不好

各位驢友，入住需謹慎啊，三百多的房價，住的卻像幾十塊錢的一樣，你們自己看看這房間的衞生，房間沒有紙，打電話要了，但是沒有送，這個酒店是我住過最垃圾的！
