酒店位置優越交通便捷，設施完善齊全，房間乾淨整潔舒適温馨，環境幽雅服務態度好，早餐菜品有些簡單，味道不錯。客房套餐很好，量大味美。在房間泡完温泉可在平台躺平休息，可喝茶（建議放套茶具）。

夏縣清明節天氣很好，白天的時候大太陽因此温度挺好的，晚上有點冷更適合泡温泉。清明節的入住率非常高，本來早餐結束時間是10點，但是早上起床9:30去吃早餐已經什麼種類都沒有，沒能吃上早飯不是很開心，找了工作人員被告知晚了就是沒有吃的，可是本來早餐時間寫的就是到10點，這點不是很清楚酒店為什麼不直接寫9點結束早餐。房間很漂亮，但是水龍頭水壓特別不行，水流特別特別小，找了前台反應後，也衹是來了一位服務員説今天入住房間都滿了換不了房間，衹能將就，對着點特別不滿意，晚上卸粧的時候由於水龍頭水壓太小根本洗不乾淨臉。也沒有任何補償措施。

這是個縣裡的酒店，價格不討論，畢竟招牌是温泉，正常這個價格在比如淄博這種地級市都能住到喜來登了，雖説温泉酒店但是温泉晚上不開放，而且距離較遠需要另外收費我想吐槽什麼呢，第一設施不完善，沒有健身房和洗衣房，晚上也不提供洗衣服務，健身房前台説沒蓋好，前台的的態度很好，但是就是他們酒店整體的不專業，晚上要水被告知要自取，我需要穿上衣服走到樓梯拿第二，早餐極其差，10點閉餐，我9:30去的，很多菜已經沒了，不會新增，我認了也能理解，鍋灶師傅除了一個大姐還不錯剩下的能把把東西收了就收了玩手機，可能嫌我快收攤了來，麪條也是夾生的，總之糟透了，服務意識等於沒有，我發現這個酒店真的就是客客氣氣的讓你不爽第三，温泉酒店的淋浴水流小水壓也小你敢信，我是真後悔沒開40分鐘車撐到運城去

私湯池很大，放水次數不受限制，窗外就是山景，安靜不受打擾。如果要去旁邊水療中心的室外温泉，得另付99元。酒店屬於五星級的配備，餐廳很寬敞，品類也很多。有自己的獨門大院，停車也相當方便。淡季價格也比較合理。

房間還是可以的，枕頭可以升級下現在好一點的酒店都是回彈枕了，臨停車場那麪白天很吵。早餐實在太差，跟酒店檔次不符。建議別擠着週末來住，貴的離譜，全是小孩子。

外部環境不錯，房間乾淨衞生，但前台接待實在難以接受，我下午兩點去前台登記，一開始房間沒有打掃好讓在旁邊等待，竟然能忘記，無人理睬，半小時後前往前台，仍然説還要等待20分鐘，再三要求下才給予調整辦理好房間。可以理解有些房間客人14：00才退房，但不能將客人推到旁邊就無人問起。其二，早餐時間到11點，但到9:30其實都沒什麼吃的，真的衹剩硬件環境。服務感覺愧對1000多房價！
