從壺口沿國道一路過來，已經晚上10點。酒店位置很好找，樓下停車方便。入住退房都很快，房間很大，床也舒服，一家三口挺方便。在縣城這個條件已經很好了。就是西側的大道貨車很多，有些噪音。開車過去千佛庵五分鐘，樓下出門右轉有家早餐店，豆腐腦油餅這些很不錯。

服務意識特別差，房間基本沒打掃，還有很多之前客人的煙灰煙頭，跟前台講根本不理。空調超級差，而且投訴5次酒店根本不處理，連多要幾個衣架都不送。

衞生一般，床單被罩上有好幾個窟窿，設施陳舊，下水道流水不暢，衞生間一地水，周圍環境亂糟糟的，離馬路近很吵，早上路邊早市很嘈雜，酒店管理混亂，早餐沒吃非説吃過了，去新疆一路旅行中最差的一個酒店，體驗感一點都不好，不建議入住

經常出差、其實很少去評價酒店、但是這個真的要吐槽下、實在是忍不了、酒店房間環境還可以、床品也很舒服、但是前台、作為一個門面來講太噁心了、希望老闆可以看到、做做改變吧、我第一感覺這酒店就是黑色會的開的、前台紋身不説、所有人的態度就跟昨天賭錢輸了一樣、太噁心了、酒店開發票衹可以開151、攜程下單180、説是酒店規定衹能開151，真的太噁心了，酒店真的不錯、但你的前台如果全換了、換點專業的真的會更好的

前台接待態度差。一次去了説酒店沒有訊息非要讓從美重新預訂。這次是酒店沒房也是讓平台預訂要不花現金住。是不和這邊合作還是什麼意思。沒訊息網上還掛的，沒房客服打電話還接受預訂幹啥。要發票幾天了不給。加了酒店經理微信也是不回覆。退房要發票時酒店經理需要聽從員工的話。不知道到底是員工説了算還是經理説了算。找其他能處理事情的管理層也推脱沒有別的管事的。拖到現在也給不了發票。。洗手池堵了，被子有臟，枕頭下面的床單也有臟。
