衞生一般，床單被罩上有好幾個窟窿，設施陳舊，下水道流水不暢，衞生間一地水，周圍環境亂糟糟的，離馬路近很吵，早上路邊早市很嘈雜，酒店管理混亂，早餐沒吃非説吃過了，去新疆一路旅行中最差的一個酒店，體驗感一點都不好，不建議入住

前台兩個女的態度非常差！！！浴巾都是爛的。退個按金半天退不出來。第一次見開票金額低於實際付款金額。商務出行的朋友就不要來住了。

經常出差、其實很少去評價酒店、但是這個真的要吐槽下、實在是忍不了、酒店房間環境還可以、床品也很舒服、但是前台、作為一個門面來講太噁心了、希望老闆可以看到、做做改變吧、我第一感覺這酒店就是黑色會的開的、前台紋身不説、所有人的態度就跟昨天賭錢輸了一樣、太噁心了、酒店開發票衹可以開151、攜程下單180、説是酒店規定衹能開151，真的太噁心了，酒店真的不錯、但你的前台如果全換了、換點專業的真的會更好的

前台接待態度差。一次去了説酒店沒有訊息非要讓從美重新預訂。這次是酒店沒房也是讓平台預訂要不花現金住。是不和這邊合作還是什麼意思。沒訊息網上還掛的，沒房客服打電話還接受預訂幹啥。要發票幾天了不給。加了酒店經理微信也是不回覆。退房要發票時酒店經理需要聽從員工的話。不知道到底是員工説了算還是經理説了算。找其他能處理事情的管理層也推脱沒有別的管事的。拖到現在也給不了發票。。洗手池堵了，被子有臟，枕頭下面的床單也有臟。

前台服務不是挺好，距離市中心廣場不是很遠，去汽車站也還可以，性價比一般，適合商務出差的人居住，早餐挺不錯的。就是整體服務有待提高。
