I chose this hotel to travel to Xi'an with my friends during the holidays. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The lobby was nicely decorated as soon as I entered. There were not many people at the front desk, and check-in was quick. There was also a porter to help with my luggage. Once I entered the floor, I was very happy. It smells delicious, and the room is also clean. When we came back in the evening, the elder sister made the bed in the room for us. Her attitude was good and attentive. She also asked the waiter about the good food and fun places nearby. Food and transportation are very convenient. , the breakfast has a variety of varieties and is delicious. I will stay here next time.

When I went to Chongqing, I booked Meilihao, and I still booked with them in Xi'an. The experience is much better than in Chongqing. First, the staff at the door holding the luggage will take the initiative to help carry the luggage to the front desk. The front desk staff will help bring tea and towels. The beautiful front desk even upgraded to a deluxe king bed room! The room is huge ~ very nice! The lobby manager Liu Hao informed some basic facilities of the hotel, the time for afternoon tea and late night snacks~ He took the initiative to add WeChat and responded to requests~ There were also other hotel friends who took the initiative to say hello every time they met~ My son said he must give a big like👍 ! This trip to Xi'an ended early because my son was ill. Next time I come, I will definitely stay at Meilihao! By the way, the transportation is very convenient. It seems that his home is in the alley after exit D of Line 6, and there is a public security bureau next to it! Absolutely safe! 711 is also at the subway entrance! A great place to get some peace and quiet! Five minutes walk from the clock tower!

Stayed for three consecutive days during the Spring Festival. Needless to say, the location of the hotel is very convenient. Public transportation such as the subway is very convenient. The Gulou Muslim Street in the Bureau is also very close (the only tip is not to drive there by yourself during the holiday peak. Traffic control is easy at the door), hardware and services They are all in place, and they even extended my free parking for half a day. If you book in advance, it is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

This hotel is really amazing for many reasons. First the location is right in front of the Muslim neighborhood and so close to the bell tower. Located in a big street it's easy to find. Then the environment from the lobby to the room are really good and confortable. Finally the staff are so nice and helpful, they even offer some snacks after a long day of walking on the streets. For the breakfast they always prepared fork and knife before we asked. I have to thank especially Wen Jing who have been so nice to us and made everything perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and thanks to all the people working there 👌🫶

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

The location is amazing. It's only a 15-minute walk from the Bell Tower. Turn left when you go out and you'll find Muslim Street. It's a 5-minute walk from Exit A1 of Guangji Street of Metro Line 6. The room is quite decent and the corridor has a slight smell. The cleaning lady is very nice and the front desk is very nice. Enthusiastic, smiling faces greet you every day, sour plum soup, lemonade, tea, all self-service at the door

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. It's near the Bell Tower, so it's convenient for traveling and eating. There's a fruit shop in a residential area downstairs. It's not far from the Nanmen Morning Market and Muslim Street, and it's convenient for buses and subways. The hotel is located in a quiet location, quiet at night. The room is large, but the key is that the hygiene is good. The lobby gives people a warm and comfortable feeling, and the service from the front desk to the guest room staff is good. Although the breakfast has not many varieties, it is cheap after all, but it is clean and tidy.

love location and room layout. The shower is powerful. the only thing i find a bit difficult is to locate the hotel even with map provided since it is located on another level. Propose to give clear instruction with photos, maybe from metro to the hotel.
