Hotels in Jingwei Development Zone, Xi＇an

The breakfast is very good with many varieties. The taste is good, the service is warm, and the front desk answers questions attentively, which is rare. Unfortunately, the environment is too noisy, the cart hums in the middle of the night, and the rest is not good. The house does not have slippers for bathing, and the details are not thoughtful. The parking lot is in the backyard, which is very convenient and safe.

The hotel has its own parking lot, a rich variety of breakfast, clean rooms and complete facilities. The service is warm and thoughtful, and I will choose this hotel next time I go to Xi'an.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

I was very happy with this hotel. It’s beautiful inside. Nice big, spacious room. Very reasonably priced food and mini bar. Location is great, right in the centre and a metro stop right outside. Would stay here again.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. Very friendly staff, great reception with great care, nice, clean and convenient to bell tower, Xian wall South gate and Zhonglou metro station line 2 and 6. Highly recommended.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can get to the nearest subway station in 10 minutes and it is quite close to the Bell tower and the Muslim quarter. The service was very good. The staff is kind and tries to help with any issues you have.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees.
