Hotels in West Gate Area, Xi＇an

The location of the hotel is spot on, and really close to the Andingmen metro station. Walking distance to the Xi'an city wall, and about 20-30 minutes towards the Muslim Quarter and the Drum/Bell Tower. The hotel looks modern and equipped with all the amenities you need, and most importantly really good value with the price. The reception was very friendly, although limited in their English skills. The welcome snacks and tea was also really appreciated. The hotel had nice technologies to turn on/off lights and close curtain simultaneously.

Full marks must be given. I came all the way from Guangdong to Xi'an to be a special soldier. I didn't do much strategy when I first arrived in a place I was not familiar with. I just wanted to go wherever I wanted! But when I arrived, I was very confused until I met the lady at the front desk of this hotel. She was very enthusiastic about my little potato. She would patiently introduce me to where to go and where to eat and where to eat! He gave me a lot of opinions and suggestions. If I come back to Xi'an next time, I will still choose this hotel. The environment is quite good in all aspects! It was very cold at night in Xi'an, but the patience of the sister at the front desk was really heart-warming!

The room is ok as a whole, the space is like a home room, the room is decorated very warmly, the only fly in the ointment is two points, the first is that the toilet is aging, often blocked, the toilet has less water, I hope the store can replace it, the second is that the unit door does not accompany the card access control, once people go out, You can't enter the unit door again.

Excellent service from check in to check out. English speaking staff made things much easier when we had questions about our stay. The room was a comfortable size. The addition of a soft and a firm pillow was great and allowed us to sleep well. The room was a little hot and we couldn't get any cool air from the air conditioning unit- a fan in the room would have been handy and would have made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious and the toiletries smelled amazing! The breakfast was definitely more Chinese than western, but it was fresh, varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is great. The subway is only 5 minutes walk away which is a bonus for getting around Xi'an. It was also nice to be able to see the city walls from our window. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in Xi'an in the future.

First I want to say that I LOVE this hotel and my wife and I did not want to leave. The service was great and the bed was the softest most comfortable bed in all of China. It was juuuust right. The location was not horrible by now means, but it wasn’t the best either. It is on line one but most attractions are on line two. Your about a 30 minute walk to the nearest attraction and over an hour to others. This was not a huge problem though and you could easily see the wall across the street from our window. The bar was closed due to covid, which I found weird but that’s ok. The restaurant was out of most on the menu and I honestly found it as the lowest part of the hotel overall. If you don’t mind staying a little bit away from attractions, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Location is very good.. all staff very friendly.. the king size bed can fit 3 people very large.. have free laundry service.. there are many shops next to the hotel (but closed after 11pm i think coz everytime i back to hotel at 12am the street is dark)..

I was very happy with this hotel. It’s beautiful inside. Nice big, spacious room. Very reasonably priced food and mini bar. Location is great, right in the centre and a metro stop right outside. Would stay here again.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. Very friendly staff, great reception with great care, nice, clean and convenient to bell tower, Xian wall South gate and Zhonglou metro station line 2 and 6. Highly recommended.
