Perfectly located next to the west gate of the city wall. The staff are all in traditional dress and we were put in a lovely room of a very big size I think we were upgraded which was so nice, breakfast was Chinese style and very nice. Only issue was the hot water wasn’t heating up very well so couldn’t have a bath. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is great, but the bar hasn't opened yet. The hotel has a small plywood and a scale! ! ! The girl was ecstatic. Some of the reviews said that the soundproofing was not good, so she specially requested a room with good soundproofing. There was no sound to disturb her sleep. The location of the hotel is also great, with Bell Tower Community, Big and Small Study Alleys and Sajinqiao snacks nearby. The street is also very close to the city wall. It's great. I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an. However, I didn't find the disposable bag for soaking in the bathtub in the room. Oh, by the way, the hotel also has bath towels!

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Although this is not my first time in Xi'an, I had a very good experience staying in a hotel this time. The service guarantee of this newly opened Delta shows High quality and human touch. The highlight of my experience is: when I arrived at the hotel late at night, Jerry, the night shift manager, arranged the check-in procedures and took the initiative to deliver luggage. He was very professional and courteous, and introduced the hotel proactively. I was able to know the services in the hotel lobby at the first time. The housekeeping department will not take the initiative to disturb guests. It is invisible and always solves problems when needed. After checking in and entering the room, it was spotless. After taking a bath that day, the housekeeping staff took the initiative to clean and tidy up the next day (the morning of the 12th) The room was completely decorated according to my needs. It was heart-warming to see this after I entered the room tiredly in the evening. When checking out, the manager on duty, Rachel Guo, showed her warm and hospitable spirit. Big thumbs up👍. Clean, friendly staff and I guess budget friendly but it’s worth the penny. Location is alright can commute using the E-bikes and most locations are close by. I booked it on Ctrip and was given Zhibei Tower. The room was old and small, and the pillow wouldn't bounce back when I pressed it. I wanted to ask for another pillow, but the front desk said they wouldn't give it to me. The room is not soundproofed, and you can hear the outside sounds clearly. There are mosquitoes at night, and the air conditioner roars. You must turn it off when sleeping, otherwise it will be too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was also very average. I was given a room in the building on the south side when I was training with my employer in mid-July. The conditions were better than this time, and the room was bigger. I came because I was familiar with it. I didn’t expect that the room I was given this time was like this. The experience was very bad. I wonder if it was because of Ctrip. The one with the lowest price will be given to you if you order.

Excellent service from check in to check out. English speaking staff made things much easier when we had questions about our stay. The room was a comfortable size. The addition of a soft and a firm pillow was great and allowed us to sleep well. The room was a little hot and we couldn't get any cool air from the air conditioning unit- a fan in the room would have been handy and would have made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious and the toiletries smelled amazing! The breakfast was definitely more Chinese than western, but it was fresh, varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is great. The subway is only 5 minutes walk away which is a bonus for getting around Xi'an. It was also nice to be able to see the city walls from our window. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in Xi'an in the future.
