The front desk service attitude is very good, that is, it is almost hygienic, basic garbage, making the bed, and towels will be prepared. The table top and the washing countertop will not be cleaned. The desktop and countertops will not wipe water stains, but will only dry naturally, and the ground will not be cleaned. The sound insulation effect is worse than that of All Seasons and Meihao, and the hygiene is much worse than the previous 4-star hotel. The hotel does not provide small soap, but I told the front desk to give it to me. In the end, I called twice and waited for half an hour but didn't deliver it. The front desk service is absolutely perfect. During May 1st, a front desk also worked in an orderly manner.

The hotel is near the Xi'an North Railway Station subway station. I stayed for 3 nights. On the first day, I arrived late because the train was late. The 14th floor was not a non-smoking room. On the second day, I asked the waiter to change it to the 22nd floor. It was quite comfortable. , the price is also right, and the service staff including An Zhenting are good.

Although we had originally booked at the Xi’an Renmin Dasha, Building 3 - the front desk kindly upgraded us to the Grand Mercure Renmin Square (Building 2). We were happy with our rooms and the facilities the hotel provided. My children were especially pleased that they could use the nearby Sofitel swimming pool. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were particularly polite and attentive, and we enjoyed the coffee, croissants, baguette, fruit, yoghurt and omelettes on offer. The restaurant had a good selection of continental and Chinese breakfast fare, plus British-style bacon and eggs! All the Accor hotels around Renmin Square are very centrally located and situated in beautiful historic buildings. It was easy to access the Xi’an Metro and travel around the city.

The first time I went to Xi'an in the ancient city, I was tired during the day, the hotel price in the city was very high, and the listing was tight! Booked the Hilton Garden Hotel in the high-tech zone on the recommendation of a friend. The location is relatively quiet and the commercial street next door is more convenient. Hotel rooms, breakfast is quite good! The room was given free fruit. When I checked out, I met Zhang Shu, the front desk manager. He patiently asked me about my stay experience and gave a small gift, very nice! 👍👍👍

The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.
