It is best to avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoons for self-driving. There are almost no parking spaces at this time.

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! When checking in, the children were given a toy bag with a bear and a Xi'an cartoon book. The breakfast buffet is very rich, including Chinese, Western and local specialties. The lobby has a high floor and has a sense of space. As soon as I entered the room, I was cut by a broken glass in the toilet. It is recommended that the hotel should check the glass before giving it to guests in the future. The toilet door and toilet water tank are a bit broken, and the heater is too hot. Sounds from outside can be heard through the glass sliding door, and noise from the corridor can also be heard. Slippers are provided for children but there are no steps for children to wash their hands. The service of this hotel is very good. There are people who help with luggage as soon as you enter and exit. When I asked at the front desk what kind of Chang'an package was included with my reservation, it turned out that I had to go to the concierge to redeem it. This was not clear at all. The corridor is very long and you have to walk a long way out of your room to reach the elevator.

The room was very clean, and the ladies at the customer service front desk were very nice. Even if I got sick in the middle of the night, they sent me a thermometer and breakfast. Water was given after check out.

Good service and nice breakdast . SPA and swimming pool also are well prepared during winter season.

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.

I love this hotel! It was extremely luxurious for the price. Decor was modern luxury in style. Comparable and even better designed than some 5 star hotels. Service was excellent without being overly intrusive. The staff were very attentive and anticipated our needs. They also gifted us a souvenir at check out. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room itself was very well maintained. Equipment felt new and they used smart technology for the lights and curtains. The rooms were very sound proof, I could not hear my neighbour at all throughout the 3-night stay. The bed was super comfortable, they even gave us different pillows - a soft one and a firmer one each to ensure we have the best sleep. The toiletries were also of good quality which is important to me. Most hotel toiletries leave my hair and skin very dry. The toilet itself also included a magnified face mirror which can light up which I used daily for make-up. There are free drinks (tea, milk, etc) available at the lobby. Breakfast itself was an extensive spread including local food such as mini roujiamo. The selection changes everyday. Staff were again very accommodating and even provided table service for some guests struggling with young children. Location itself is fantastic, very near the main attractions - bell tower, ancient city wall and Muslim quarter which are all walkable or a short and cheap cab ride away. The hotel is along a quiet street of an extremely vibrant area. I am actually writing this on the free shuttle bus to the airport - yes such fantastic service even at the end of my stay. Please let them know early so they can arrange this service for you. Many props to the team and management. My only comment is that the wifi connection was not strong so I mainly relied on my limited data. It may just be my room which was on the 10th floor in the corner.

The location is okay, about 700 meters away from the Everlasting City of Tang Dynasty. We drove there by ourselves, parked a little further, and walked a while in the three-dimensional garage outside. The service is a bit lagging behind. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day, but there is basically no one to take care of it at night. The washing machine broke and it couldn't be used. I went to the front desk twice and sent two very old people away. I couldn't figure it out for a long time and ended up struggling. It took three hours to finish washing the clothes. The good night gifts and souvenirs that come with the order must be given unsolicited or unsolicited. In addition, many of the breakfasts are semi-cooled. It looks like they are placed in a container but actually has no heat preservation effect. The overall condition of the house is okay, the hygiene is acceptable, and the room is large enough, which is worthy of recognition.

The hotel is very upscale and has a great location. Dongdong at the front desk received us very warmly, provided thoughtful service and was considerate. The room is very hygienic, with complete facilities, beautiful scenery outside the window, and free mineral water and fruit snacks. All in all, this stay was a great experience. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Xi'an.

The guys and girls at the front desk were very helpful and even upgraded the room type for free after arriving. The room was clean and tidy and soda water was provided. My children get a small gift every day and are very happy. It's very close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just a short walk away, so you don't have to worry about not being able to get into the car and being stuck in traffic. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. It was really a stay that was highly praised by the whole family! Breakfast is also very rich!
