Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The hotel is very central located and beside the noisy party street below (which you definitely hear, but it did not bother us) it is a great location. We enjoyed our stay and got very much help from the receptionists regarding our activities. They were all very helpful and supportive. The room was clean, however on some spots you saw that it is also used by some party people, as drink spills are on some walls. The bed was comfy, the shower ok. The breakfast was very good, unfortunately the rooms are all very dark due to the construction of the building. However, the themes are pretty!

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

The outside was very hot. The room was very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. Lying on the bed is very comfortable to rest for a while. In the afternoon in the Muslim Street next to the Bell Tower. Drum Tower to play. There are many local specialties. It is a paradise for food. Especially the meat in the Muslim Street. Jiamo is so delicious. In the evening, take the subway in front of the hotel and go to Datang Everbright City to watch a free performance. The night view is very beautiful. Located in front of Bell Tower. Upgrade to this room for this view for the second night but toilet still clogged like the other room we used to stay. Maybe this hotel is too old. 10 RMB trip discount voucher cannot be use for airport transfer. Hotel staff said check with airport bus operator that is located beside hotel but both companies are not related. Apart from that, heater was warm to withstand the snowy night. Hotel staff are more friendly to foreigners than local probably is their culture. We are foreigners from English speaking nation anyway.

I don't like the taste of lilies so I took it far away. Service: I contacted the homestay before I checked in, and the front desk sent the location, traffic, etc. after adding WeChat. We came late, more than 9 o'clock, so the front desk put the door card on the light outside the door. One day at about 4 pm, white fungus soup was also provided (see luck, not always). There are small snacks at the front desk to eat, and a small gift is given before leaving. Breakfast is OK, on the first floor traffic: very close to the clock tower, very convenient. After the plane came down, the airport bus clock tower station stopped directly 50 meters away from the hotel. The home downstairs can also help to call the drop-off or set a day trip. The homestay is a facility under the home: the new homestay so everything is very clean.
