The reception was very warm. I brought my baby with me. I was given extra slippers, etc. It is next to the provincial government, which is absolutely safe. I watched the flag-raising ceremony of the provincial government on New Year's Day. The sense of ceremony in 2024 was full. It is convenient to take the bus to the Bell Tower, the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, the city wall, and the Shaanxi Provincial Museum. For children, many patriotic education (Revolutionary Park, Eighth Route Army Office Memorial Hall, etc.) are within walking distance, and it is also OK to take a taxi for about 10 yuan. Because it is in the central area, the bus is particularly convenient. For breakfast, older children have to buy half-price meal coupons, and small children are free. The breakfast is simple and rich. The hotel gives away two breakfasts, which is still OK. I still recommend staying next time!

It is a wonderful option to stay in XiAn. The staff was super friendly and gentle. They helped us to resolve all our doubts and to get a couple of taxis to get to the train station and airport on time. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6:00 with very good Chinese and Western menu options. Definitely a place to return to. P.s Just don't confuse it with another Mercure that is about 500 meters away and is from the same hotel operator.

I had to stay in Xi'an for another day for something, so I chose this hotel. This hotel should be owned by the public, and it was managed by Kaiyuan. When I checked in, three meetings happened to be held at the same time, but there was a passage for individual guests, which was very considerate. The overall style of the hotel is very government-style, with some ******* elements added, and free ******* sweet tea is available. The cheapest room I booked was upgraded to the next level. The room area is definitely large. I didn't ask for the specific area, but it was estimated to be about 50 square meters. There is a walk-in closet with bathrobes, double wash basins, and independent toilet space. Although the shower and bathtub are together is a disadvantage, the shower space in this room is really too large. . . So there is no problem The overall interior of the room is still very luxurious. There is also a large porcelain vase, 3 fruits, 1 red apple, 1 green apple, and 1 banana. Pens, paper, rulers, staplers, paper clips are provided. There are 2 sofas for chatting. The desk has an interface for connecting a laptop to the TV. The curtains are also electric The bathtub provides a bathtub cover. There are 4 bottles of water in the room. There are 4 bottles of drinks and 1 large bag of Oreos that need to be charged, but the price is not high and it is not customized. The overall hygiene has been checked and there is nothing wrong The room has a meal delivery service, the price is acceptable, but I didn’t eat it in the end. The building is said to have the most authentic ******* food in Xi’an, but I didn’t eat it. If you stay in the hotel, the buffet is 120, table tennis is 28, and billiards is 28. The prices are all good. There is a fruit shop on the first floor that looks good There are many local specialties for breakfast, and there is a beehive for collecting honey. The overall taste is okay In general, the hardware of this Kaiyuan is really good compared to the price, but the style is really government affairs. If you like this style, just stay

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

My recent stay in Hilton Xi’an with my wife and two sons was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We encountered an issue with an online purchase during our trip, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Kitty was incredibly kind and patient in helping us arrange the return of the goods, and Jones stepped in to help us purchase the item from another platform. Their proactive and thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to handle. Additionally, the hotel granted us a late check-out, knowing that our flight was scheduled for late in the evening. This thoughtful gesture gave our family the comfort and flexibility to enjoy our final hours in Xi’an without rushing. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely helpful and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism turned our trip into a memorable experience, and we are deeply grateful for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’ll feel supported and valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!
Crowne Plaza Xi'an

I came to Xi'an for a business trip. Since I am an IHG member, I booked a Crowne Plaza hotel. The location is not bad. If I am here for fun, it is almost 3 kilometers away from the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The facilities in the hotel room are pretty good and should be included. I have everything, and the room was upgraded for me. IHG membership is quite useful.
