It was my first time to stay at Crowne Plaza and it was a great experience. It should be the most cost-effective among the five-star hotels in Xi'an. The room is spacious and well laid out. I personally feel it is more comfortable than staying at Hilton. The hotel opened relatively early, but you can see its intentions: the hotel is very soundproofed, there is no noise, and you can rest well after traveling. The decoration of the rooms and lobby is elegant and elegant, with Chang'an characteristics and cultural heritage. It is still pleasing to the eye so far. Although the facilities are old, they are well maintained and the service is in place. It has the foundation of an old five-star brand. I chose it based on the location. Next to the hotel is the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and Daxingshan Temple, which can be reached on foot. It’s only a ten-minute drive from the Bell Tower and the city that never sleeps. Compared with the hustle and bustle of the Bell Tower, this place has more of the local life in Xi'an and a sense of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Taking a taxi is very convenient , no need to queue. It was a very satisfying trip. If I come to Xi'an next time, I will still choose this hotel.

This hotel was great, and I would stay here again without a doubt. It is super close to the metro station, seriously like next to it. It's tucked back away from the busy street, so it was quiet and I slept well. About that, it took me a bit of time to find the location. Keep an eye out for a little alley/street and there is a sign with the hotel's name on the wall. I wasn't looking up and didn't see the sign the first few times walking by. There was a man set up on the corner selling drinks from a cart the rest of the trip, so perhaps you'll see him and know it's time to turn. The staff members were really nice, helpful, and a few could speak English to make my check-in and questions go quickly. The room itself matched the pictures and was adequate for only me for a few days. In my opinion, it would be a bit small for two people to share. Overall, I was very pleased with the value and hospitality at this hotel, and recommend it.

The service of the lady at the front desk is very good and very enthusiastic. There is no sense of distance in an instant. Because I have to go to the beach to play, I have some luggage that I have to store at the hotel. The lady also arranged the luggage very well and will return to stay later. We can not fault this place! The staff were really friendly, the room was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The pool facilities were great for our children. If we wanted to be picky, the metro is a little far but only a 10 minute walk. We have friends in Xi’an so we will definitely be staying here again. In fact we intend to visit Beijing so will use the same group of hotel there.

Hotel very convenient. Easy to get to Xi Ann metro station and finding a place to eat. Staff service very good and very polite. Room interior design also very nice except the carpet. Carpet is dirty and bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Drain was also very dodgy. Overall it was a nice stay

This hotel wins for the location, very close to Muslim Quarters and Drum Tower, that you can see the Drum Tower on their rooftop. Halal food is close by for Muslims. Good heating/ airconditioning during winter and rain shower's water pressure was really good. Room was a bit small but worth the price paid. Free self-service laundry, very convenient. And the bed is softer than usual hotel beds which can run quite hard. Great accessibility to everywhere. Highly recommended!
