This hotel was great, and I would stay here again without a doubt. It is super close to the metro station, seriously like next to it. It's tucked back away from the busy street, so it was quiet and I slept well. About that, it took me a bit of time to find the location. Keep an eye out for a little alley/street and there is a sign with the hotel's name on the wall. I wasn't looking up and didn't see the sign the first few times walking by. There was a man set up on the corner selling drinks from a cart the rest of the trip, so perhaps you'll see him and know it's time to turn. The staff members were really nice, helpful, and a few could speak English to make my check-in and questions go quickly. The room itself matched the pictures and was adequate for only me for a few days. In my opinion, it would be a bit small for two people to share. Overall, I was very pleased with the value and hospitality at this hotel, and recommend it.

The service of the lady at the front desk is very good and very enthusiastic. There is no sense of distance in an instant. Because I have to go to the beach to play, I have some luggage that I have to store at the hotel. The lady also arranged the luggage very well and will return to stay later. After grabbing tickets four times a day, I finally got one. In order to watch the hottest Shaanxi Expo in Xi'an, I stayed in Xi'an for an extra day because there were no twin rooms. I can only book a big bed and praise the front desk again. It is really great. I really want to give the front desk ten stars. The front desk said that someone canceled the reservation and upgraded us to a twin room 😄. The hotel is also very clean. We go out early and return home every day to visit various attractions. When we return to the room, it is cleaned and tidy. The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from Shaanxi Bo and Xibo. There are several bus stations and a subway station within 300 meters next to it, which is really convenient. I will book this hotel next time I come to visit.

The environment is good, one kilometer away from the subway station, slightly far away, and next to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. The room was very hot. . . The service was very good. It was a bit cold on the way from the swimming pool to the locker room. The breakfast was rich. It is recommended to stay.

The most satisfying thing about my visit to Xi'an this time is the hotel. When we made a reservation on Ctrip, a housekeeper helped us with our luggage when we got off the bus. After check-in, he sent us to our room. Since the room was not so tight, he also upgraded our room for us. He proactively added WeChat for easy contact. Because we had a baby with us, we had many needs. We helped deliver hot milk, there were fruits and cookies in the room, and we also asked for clothes drying services. Every hotel staff member will take the initiative to say hello when they see us. The customer service staff at the front desk will always respond to our requests. When we need help, the housekeeping staff will also arrive at the room quickly. For an impatient person like me, this is really satisfying. . The tour group will leave at 7 o'clock the next day. We ate some breakfast in a hurry and brought some with us. My daughter doesn't like the food in the scenic spot, so she relies on the various breads and milk brought by the hotel to fill her stomach. Later I found out that breakfast was only available for dine-in and no takeout. It was very hard and tiring to join the group. The housekeeper prepared a foot bath, which was very considerate. On the day of check-out, the flight was at 7 a.m., and we set off at 5 a.m. The hotel also prepared a packed breakfast, including milk, yogurt, orange juice, bread sandwiches and fruits, which was much better than airplane food. The name of the hotel is ”Jue Yue Fu” and it is located next to the Xi'an Conservatory of Music. It must have something to do with music, but the music buttons in the hotel always have no sound. Secondly, the hotel's laundry service is relatively expensive compared to what we had in Changsha. The hotel I stayed in was reasonably priced but had free laundry and drying services. Thirdly, the carpet in the room was not suitable for walking barefoot. I often stepped on it and felt a tingling sensation on the bottom of my foot. I couldn’t see anything there, and one day it even got pricked. When it comes to the index finger, the small spines will reflect light but cannot be captured in photos. I think this should be paid attention to. Above, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and I will stay there next time I come to Xi'an ~

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

This hotel is in a good location. If you stay in a high-rise south-facing room, you can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Although it is next to the Second Ring Road, it is very quiet. The room is small, the breakfast is rich, and there is exquisite afternoon tea. You can walk to the museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The service is warm and highly recommended. The hostel is super close to the metro (2 minute walk). The room was very clean and had lockers that could be open with your room card. Before going my only concern was the common toilets and showers, but they were actually very clean. The cleaning lady comes everyday and also there were enough toilets and showers for everyone. Pretty pleased with my stay here.
