Jinjiang Hotels in Xi＇an

I feel the need to write a serious review of Xi'an Jinjiang International Hotel, where I stayed during this trip to Xi'an, because I saw that its rating on Ctrip was only 4.6 before, and I hesitated whether to choose it. But after staying, I found that the real Jinjiang is much better than the virtual rating. First of all, the hotel's hardware is excellent, the strength of a state-owned enterprise, the superior geographical location, the surrounding environment, etc., all of which make Jinjiang have a high-end temperament, especially the green lawn prospect and the sparkling Houhai Lake view, which makes people mistakenly think that they are in Jiangnan. Secondly, the hotel's soft power and hardware are also complementary, and the meticulous and thoughtful service makes the stay experience even better. Here I would like to specially mention Manager Yao Bo at the front desk. His professional, friendly, elegant and capable service style is impressive and like a spring breeze. I originally booked a double bed room, and Manager Yao helped me upgrade to a suite. This thoughtful move made my stay in Jinjiang even more comfortable. I originally planned to stay for three days, but I was still not satisfied, so I stayed for two more days. I stayed at Jinjiang for five days during my nine-day trip to Xi'an. Haha, that's great! Hotel is very centrally located. A good breakfast with a lot of choice. To us as Europeans some things were strange though. We stayed on the 11th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 10th floor. They offer to take the service elevator to bring up your suitcases though. The swimming pool is a public pool where you have access to when visiting the hotel. This has 2 dressing rooms, one for male and one for female. We had an inflatable ball, but little space to use it as they were giving swimming lessons and were asked to stop playing with it.
