Bad review bad review bad review! ! ! Picture one is the promotional picture of the deluxe three-bed room. After we arrived, it was like this. It was only a single room. Two 1.5m beds and a shelf bed were luxurious three beds. The feedback to the merchants ignored people. The dumplings were itchy when they fell asleep. I don’t know if it’s a mosquito or something. In short, it is not recommended. It is really outrageous. Three people live in a deluxe three-bed room. The result is this, against the sky.

The room was relatively good for the price, but the front desk attendant in the lobby when we checked out the next day, a boy, had a very bad attitude. The hotel shuttle bus that we had originally booked was cancelled because we wanted an invoice, on the grounds that we were 5 minutes late. In fact, my parents were waiting in the lobby early in the morning without any notice. Because we needed to catch the bus in time, we took a taxi to the station. After arriving at the station, we called the front desk to ask for an invoice, and then verbally told us that we wanted to complain and asked us to tell the service staff the name. The front desk had an extremely bad attitude and hung up the phone directly. I called again and hung up again. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad attitude of the front desk hanging up the phone. As a service industry, I think the hotel's service is still very lacking!

The second time I stayed at Atour, I stayed for another day. Atour had a very rich breakfast, including Chinese and Western food, as well as mini roujiamo, three-in-one noodles, wontons, and rice noodles. Very quiet, opposite the hotel is the subway entrance, convenient, only one stop away from the North High Speed ​​Rail Station. Hygienic, the equipment and facilities are good, and the very considerate thing is that there is a 75% alcohol disinfection bag that can disinfect the toilet seat. This hotel is worth going back to in the future.

The newly opened hotel is worthy of being owned by InterContinental. The front desk lady Zhang Yuyu is very attentive. She said that the car for the hotel pick-up service has not been equipped yet. She added WeChat to reimburse the taxi fare from the hotel to the high-speed rail station. The room is clean and the room lady looks at me. I took the kids out to play and gave them a few extra bottles of water. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. It takes ten minutes to get to the subway station. It is only one subway stop away from the high-speed rail station. I stayed in 3 hotels during this trip to Xi'an, and the one that left the best impression was This is our store. The room is large and clean. It was hard to find. Half of China helped us find the hotel, we walked around the building twice 🤣🤣 It’s on the fifth floor and there’s not a single sign from the street. Our friends had to call the hotel to find it. The room itself is not bad. Near the railway station

The hotel service is very good! Breakfast is served, with fruits and late night snacks. Especially the manager at the front desk, the service is very considerate and thoughtful. The only drawback is that during the summer vacation, room prices increase too much. It used to be around 200. During the summer vacation, the price usually goes up to 250. Stayed here for the third time. Stayed for a few weeks each time on business trips. It is best to book accommodation not close to the elevated road.

They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one. I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief! Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service. And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner. Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet. The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China. I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer. Very much recommended.

I had to go up four times and wait for a change of staff to be told at some point ”you don't need to go to the bank, you can change dollars to yuan at our hotel since you are staying here”. On the first day when I asked this question - the girl at the front desk said they don't have this service and said to look for Bank of China separately, then I approached another girl again the next day, to which she said that it is still possible to change currency with them, but you have to wait for my end date of stay with them. Then I went to the guy at the counter again in the evening and he said that currency can be changed even earlier, just wait until 9 am. Finally, the morning of the 4th day came and I exchanged dollars for yuan, they accepted a maximum of 200 dollars for exchange. This is probably the first ridiculous case in all my trips. Conclusion: be persistent in your desires and don't hesitate to remind the staff of what you need.
