A friendly and shy woman runs this place and she can help you with questions concerning booking events, etc. On our first night we (three people) slept in the ”gambling” room, I assume the owner tried to be nice as many Chinese would prefer a room of this kind. We, unfortunately, didn't like it at all, as we also booked a different room. She was nice enough though to transfer us to two double-bed rooms without any additional fees the next night. All in all I liked our stay.

I love this hotel! It was extremely luxurious for the price. Decor was modern luxury in style. Comparable and even better designed than some 5 star hotels. Service was excellent without being overly intrusive. The staff were very attentive and anticipated our needs. They also gifted us a souvenir at check out. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room itself was very well maintained. Equipment felt new and they used smart technology for the lights and curtains. The rooms were very sound proof, I could not hear my neighbour at all throughout the 3-night stay. The bed was super comfortable, they even gave us different pillows - a soft one and a firmer one each to ensure we have the best sleep. The toiletries were also of good quality which is important to me. Most hotel toiletries leave my hair and skin very dry. The toilet itself also included a magnified face mirror which can light up which I used daily for make-up. There are free drinks (tea, milk, etc) available at the lobby. Breakfast itself was an extensive spread including local food such as mini roujiamo. The selection changes everyday. Staff were again very accommodating and even provided table service for some guests struggling with young children. Location itself is fantastic, very near the main attractions - bell tower, ancient city wall and Muslim quarter which are all walkable or a short and cheap cab ride away. The hotel is along a quiet street of an extremely vibrant area. I am actually writing this on the free shuttle bus to the airport - yes such fantastic service even at the end of my stay. Please let them know early so they can arrange this service for you. Many props to the team and management. My only comment is that the wifi connection was not strong so I mainly relied on my limited data. It may just be my room which was on the 10th floor in the corner.

The inn boasts an excellent location right next to the renowned city wall, conveniently surrounded by trendy restaurants and pubs, and within easy walking distance of the metro station. However, my main concern revolves around the less-than-friendly service mindset exhibited by certain managers. It appears that some managers come across as distant and indifferent to the needs of us, the customers.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the subway entrance and Yongning Gate on foot. It is relatively convenient. The front desk upgraded our room for free. It has a large tatami and the space is very spacious. I suggest the boss change the room to warm and bright lighting, which will make it feel more comfortable!

The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

how to say Facilities: Overall, it's OK, but the hotel is too hot. The whole thing is centrally air-conditioned. It's particularly bad to wake up at night when the air conditioner is not turned on. There is no refrigeration at all. There is a KTV or bar downstairs, which is very noisy at night. I know that I have to call the front desk to ask them to negotiate for a better sound. In the room next to the sink, as long as I wash my hands and turn on the water pipe, the sound in the room is very clear and I don’t fall asleep. We booked 3 rooms, but 2 of them were too hot to stay in. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms.
