My overall experience at this five-star hotel was absolutely wonderful. I especially loved the marshmallow-soft bed – once you lie down, you won't want to move! It provided excellent relaxation for my tired body after a full day of exploring the Terracotta Warriors. I always enjoy staying in hotels with unique and stylish designs, and I took many photos here because every corner was exquisitely beautiful. The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to the bustling and vibrant Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. Despite its prime spot, it was incredibly quiet in the room – I couldn't hear any noise from outside the window while sleeping. Occasionally, I'd hear conversations from people passing by in the hallway, but it wasn't disruptive. The suite was spacious, and the in-room amenities were comprehensive, including an iron and ironing board. The only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of the combs provided, which would make it even more perfect. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, which I found very thoughtful as it allowed for a leisurely 'beauty sleep' before heading down to enjoy a late breakfast. The restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful, and there was a wide array of delicious dishes. Despite my 'eyes being bigger than my stomach,' I managed to pick my favorites and arrange a delightful plate. As I arrived late, the staff had already begun clearing up and cleaning as breakfast service concluded. I enjoy taking photos, and after finishing my meal, I wanted to capture some shots of the restaurant's ambiance. I noticed the staff, having finished cleaning, were diligently preparing and arranging the dishes for lunch. During the time I spent taking photos, I inadvertently observed the professionalism and high standards of the restaurant staff. In the bread and western food section, a young chef was meticulously setting up the bread display. His full protective gear – hat, mask, and gloves – was impeccable, which immediately reassured me about the hygiene standards. He politely moved aside when he saw me taking photos. Later, as he placed a chef figurine and prepared to leave, I gestured for him to be in a picture. He very cooperatively posed. The photo showed him using his gloved right hand to arrange the bread, while his ungloved left hand was behind his back (he had been wearing gloves on both hands earlier and likely removed one after finishing the display). This small detail underscored his meticulousness and commitment to hygiene. After taking the photo, I thanked him, and he politely replied, 'You're welcome.' I also want to mention another detail I observed: while he was arranging the display, an older, presumably senior chef came over and made some minor adjustments to the arrangement. This chef moved all the food items slightly forward and meticulously explained to the young chef that placing them closer to the front would make it more convenient for guests to access them. All these small details I witnessed truly showcased the professional quality of the staff. I hope it encourages them to love what they do even more, knowing that their efforts are seen, appreciated, and applauded. Finally, I had misremembered the check-out time. I was leisurely packing my bags, thinking check-out was at 2 PM. Around 1 PM, the hotel front desk proactively messaged me on WeChat, asking if I needed assistance with a late check-out. Upon learning I was leaving, they also asked if I required a concierge colleague to help with my luggage. The high-quality, polite, friendly, and enthusiastic service from all staff members made me feel truly valued and provided a VIP experience. Additionally, the hotel features its own museum with beautiful exhibits. It's a wonderful place to quietly admire the items and discover the beauty in each one – you're sure to find something you absolutely love. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel ✔️ and look forward to staying here again! Goodbye Xi'an, I will definitely be back.

The W Hotel Xi'an truly goes above and beyond. Traveling with two kids, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, and breakfast for both children was included. The beds were noticeably more spacious than typical hotel beds, which was a huge plus. Even with two children (both around 10 years old), we could all sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved being able to enjoy authentic Xi'an specialties right at the hotel, including Roujiamo, Youpo Lazimian, Beef Paomo, Lamb Soup, and Hulatang. During our stay, it happened to be someone's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a surprise birthday cake. This unexpected treat truly made our day! We'll definitely be choosing the W Hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an.

I recently stayed at Xitang Hotel in Xi'an and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The location is perfect - just 3-5 minutes away from the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the main pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. And here’s a delightful bonus—unlimited free ice cream! Such a fun and refreshing perk. Another highlight was the street where the hotel is located—it’s full of studios where you can try on traditional Chinese outfits and get themed makeup done, adding a unique cultural experience to the stay. Transportation was also hassle-free, with the airport just about an hour away by taxi. Overall, I highly recommend Xitang Hotel—great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and some lovely extra touches. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Xi'an! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

one of the very best hotels in town. Lacey was super helpful and I enjoyed my hospitality with her. Would highly recommend this hotel among others in shenyang city. Location at center of center in town, shopping and food center within 1min walking distance. Will come back here again for sure. Best of all be this place has a special positive energy that will flows thru your entire trip. Enjoy!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Tang Mall and Tang Paradise, with rooms offering direct views of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It's also very close to the Xi'an Film Studio, surrounded by plenty of dining options, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel's ambiance is lovely, and a pleasant fragrance greets you right as you step into the lobby. Rooms are clean and spacious. Surprisingly, our street-facing room on the 9th floor was almost completely silent, with virtually no street noise audible. The staff are courteous and warm, showing great attention to detail. They provide numerous complimentary services, including in-room beverages. Upon check-out, we were delightfully surprised to receive a souvenir gift – an exquisite shadow puppet paper-cut. The bedding was very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided two types of pillows to suit different preferences. The soundproofing was also excellent. We stayed for five consecutive nights, and both adults and children had an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering its price, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. It will certainly be our first choice for any future visits to Xi'an.

The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Dashita Metro Station, which is a nice stroll, especially in winter. There are also a few shops nearby where you can grab a quick dinner. However, if you’re a light sleeper who gets easily disturbed by car honks, this hotel might not be the best choice for you. As for the price, it’s quite affordable in my opinion. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you plan to explore the city before heading to the airport. The staff are very friendly, despite the language barrier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here! One thing to note—the bathroom is made of glass, so it might feel a bit awkward if you’re staying with friends (haha). You know what i mean here. I also had a breakfast coupon but never got around to using it because I was too lazy to go downstairs. Sorry, I don’t have any photos to share!

The room was quite spacious and came with a small balcony, offering a quiet and comfortable environment. My husband appreciated being able to smoke there. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom featured an excellent wet/dry separation design and a large bathtub, which our child enjoyed daily. The absolute highlight was the shower's instant hot water and fantastic water pressure – simply perfect! It was also very reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the scenic area. Even our Didi drivers highly recommended this hotel, suggesting it's a popular choice among many passengers.

Overall it's good, with complete hardware facilities, about 500 meters away from Line 4, upgraded master bedroom without windows, 1518, children's room to play, can take a bath, plenty of drinking water, half a roujiamo for breakfast is enough to make you full, not enough cups, when cups were available, milk and soy milk were gone, yogurt was in short supply, coffee coupons were given, which can be packaged, and Hanfu coupons, but the car service was not used due to traffic control, there is a seafood dinner on the second floor, which can be stored, overall, it is worthy of the word ”international”, much better than the so-called international hotel in Hanzhong Rongjia where I stayed later.

This is a hotel located in Tang Paradise and it is absolutely gorgeous. The bed was huge and it was nice waking up in the morning to a very pretty bird chirping on the trees right outside the window. If you don't speak Chinese, note that the hotel is called 'Fanglinyuan hotel'. Also if you do not enjoy crowded places, I recommend you to avoid Datang Everbright city where it is overly crowded and just enjoy the night views in this hotel and around tang paradise 👍

The hotel's location near Datang Everbright City is incredibly convenient, and the free parking is a definite bonus. Our overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The prime location means we were surrounded by plenty of dining options, supermarkets, and unique cultural/creative shops. It was perfect for our family trip, and everyone, from the seniors to the children, was very happy. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The toiletries provided were also of excellent quality. The most pleasant surprise was undoubtedly the service. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and proactively offered helpful local tips. Room service was also incredibly responsive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. The only minor drawback was some renovation noise from a shop downstairs during the day, which could be a bit disruptive for those looking to rest. However, overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Five stars!
