I had an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton, Xi’an. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylish, well-decorated and modern. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, well-equipped and the shower was amazing. The staff were all so warm, professional and attentive. The food at both restaurants was incredible delicious, fresh, beautifully prepared with a wide variety of cuisines. The spa service was divine. I would not consider staying anywhere else on ny next visit.

The receptionist DaisyLi was friendly and attentive. She helped arrange a high-floor room with a great view. It was a pleasant stay. The welcome fruit in the room was fresh and delicious. The details were thoughtful and considerate.

My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an truly impressed me and left me feeling incredibly welcome! From Annie's initial contact after booking to confirm my check-in time, through the smooth check-in process and my entire stay, the front desk team was incredibly pleasant and always greeted us with sweet smiles. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities. Annie's thoughtful and attentive arrangements made our Xi'an trip even more perfect. The hotel's breakfast was a delightful surprise. It offered a wide variety of options, featuring not only a range of classic Chinese dishes but also exquisite Western pastries, fresh fruits, salads, and more, truly catering to the diverse tastes of all guests. The comfortable dining environment made the meal a truly pleasant experience. Once again, I'd like to thank Annie for her warm hospitality, which made my Xi'an trip even more wonderful.

- Location: in the middle of Xi'an high technology area. Needs some travel to get to Xi'ans main sights. But hotel is conveniently located next to the metro. - Cleanliness was good for Chinese standards (no dead animals or unpleasant smells). The hotel seems to be new and nice.  - Service: People were friendly, but no one speaks English. -Facilities: Perhaps the best part about the hotel; everything looks fancy. Appliances work very well (and automatic) in the room. Nice pool. Good breakfast (again for non-Western standards). Overall: recommended for business travelers or couples who do not mind Didi or Metro. Less suitable for children. 

The room was satisfactory. The overall design was OK, but the room near the elevator was noisy. I asked for a change on the second night. Although it was improved, there was still noise. The midnight snack was satisfactory and the food was satisfactory. I could save two dinners. The breakfast was noisy because it was the May Day holiday, and the space was small. I couldn't eat well and wanted to leave. It would be perfect if there was a gym. In addition, the hotel is in an office park. It would be inconvenient to go out and take a taxi when it rains. It's not so convenient to eat around. There is a food festival, but basically if you are a tourist or need a small gathering, the location here is not ideal. Starbucks was not open during the May Day holiday. It was the first time I encountered it (I don't know if it was closed or closed). Overall, I would choose to stay if I have the chance.

Wonderful hotel! The staff is amazing and so supportive. Breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is very modern and super clean. I would definitely stay here again. Super recommended. About 15 min drive to the city wall. They also have intelligent toilet systems 🙂 智能马桶

My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an High-tech Zone was truly exceptional! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its sophisticated, understated luxury. The soaring ceilings and elegant design perfectly blend Xi'an's rich historical heritage with modern hotel sophistication. The room itself was beyond words. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of Gaoxin District's vibrant cityscape, especially stunning as the city lights came alive at night. The bedding was incredibly soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was impeccable, and the toiletries, with their signature JW Marriott fragrance, felt both luxurious and comforting. The service was equally impressive and heartwarming. From the front desk staff patiently offering local recommendations during check-in to the prompt and efficient response of room service, every interaction exuded professionalism and genuine care. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, featuring a wide array of local specialties and Western dishes. And the location is wonderfully convenient!

Ha, there are a lot of barbecues downstairs in the hotel, and the hot pot tastes especially good. I would like to thank the girl at the front desk for recommending me to the barbecue next door. It's delicious 😋 and not expensive. Because we were staying in the hotel next door, the boss gave us a discount. Then I brought my baby without a bib, and asked for an apron for the baby, but he didn't want to wear it and kept crying. Then we went to the front desk to get a fruit for the baby, thinking of coaxing him to eat the meal first, but it didn't work. When the front desk staff saw it, they hurried over to get snacks for the baby, and specially got a little bear towel for the baby, which was considered quiet. He played with the hot pot by himself, and knew to wipe his mouth with a towel and laughed, haha ​​😆 I feel that this hotel is different from the hotels I have stayed in before. Other places are over after checking in, and the feeling of living here gives people a very relaxing feeling. Everyone is polite and sincere without seeming to be too deliberate, which makes people feel very comfortable and happy, which is very different from the hotels I have stayed in before, and it is the service attitude, and it is that kind of relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I like it very much. The facilities are complete, and the washing machine is very convenient, but we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Only a pair of socks was washed by the eldest sister [covering face]!

This hotel is really worth it. Although it is not as amazing as the net red store, the functions and services required for family outings or business trips are all available. It has rained in Xi'an these days. It is inevitable that the mud is covered with pants and feet when you go out to play for a day. I can get clean clothes early the next morning, especially for the room sister. My child's pants I washed by hand and didn't dry. When I was doing the renewal of the room, I took it and dried it and put it back. I washed a lot of clothes last night. I went to get it today. The room sister has already folded it neatly for me. I have to say that the breakfast here is also very good, especially I like corn porridge and eight treasure porridge, very delicious, full and full, go out to the waves 🌊

This stay was great! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the sleep quality was excellent. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, especially Miss Li Yue, who has a very good attitude. From check-in to check-out, I felt her meticulous care. The hotel is located on Tuanjie South Road, with a convenient location, convenient transportation, and many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast has a rich variety, including roujiamo, beef basin, sauerkraut noodles and other local specialties, and the taste is also very good. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I will choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to friends and family!
