Hotels in Xi'anbei Railway Station/Xi'an Municipal Government, Xi'an

One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

There are so many hotels nowadays, basically you can see several within every three or five steps. After comprehensive comparison, I chose the cost-effective Buffalo Hotel, which provides free airport and station pick-up services, and can save hundreds of dollars. The hotel service is not discounted, the integrated environment is very clean, and it is a five-star standard. The front desk receptionist is very gentle and patient! Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The free shuttle service to/from the train station and Line 4 subway was incredibly convenient and made my travels hassle-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: friendly, warm, and always eager to help. Evan and the staffs there are very well trained in providing superb excellent services to travellers whild my stay with them. all of them know what is extra miles and willing to go beyond extra miles for travellers. Kudos to holiday inn for having excellent staff. Especially i would like to praise evan for helping me to courier my item to sg when i am having diffculties in arranging for a courier pick up in xi an. He willing to go extra miles and keep me updated also the status and trying to find other courier companies to see whether they can help me mail out the other items. -Redy

The room is large, the facilities are complete, and there is a type C fast charging socket at the bedside, praise! The parking lot at the entrance of the hotel needs to go up to the sidewalk from the corner of the traffic light. When searching for navigation, search for ”Weijia Liangpi”. When leaving the store, scan the code and enter the license plate number to avoid parking fees.

Last time I visited Xi'an, I stayed at the InterContinental. This time, looking for a new experience, I opted for the Xi'an Hai Rong JW Marriott Hotel. It just goes to show, there's always something better out there; Chinese hotels are truly raising the bar! We drove to the hotel, and the parking lot, which is shared with adjacent office buildings, offers complimentary parking. Metro Line 4 is within walking distance, offering convenient access to Xi'an City Wall and Daming Palace. A large shopping mall right next door adds to the convenience. The lobby features soaring high ceilings and an open layout. The 'Ten Thousand Horses Galloping' art installation on the first floor is quite artistic and playful. The sky lobby on the 38th floor beautifully blends traditional Chinese elements with modern design. Inside the rooms, thoughtful Terracotta Warrior-themed decorative details subtly highlight the region's unique heritage. Guest rooms are generously spacious, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, which is perfect for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with ample natural light. The night view from our 34th-floor room was particularly captivating. The bathroom features a smart wet/dry separation and boasts luxurious marble finishes. The bathtub even came equipped with bath salts, a nice touch. A 500 RMB deposit was required upon check-in, primarily for potential minibar charges. As we stayed on an executive floor, we had access to the executive lounge. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, the quality was consistently high. The evening happy hour, in particular, offered a diverse selection of hot dishes and tempting desserts. The main breakfast buffet, blending Chinese and Western options, was exceptional. Local specialties like Hulu Tou and Rou Jia Mo were incredibly authentic and delicious. It's truly not to be missed, offering an extensive variety of choices and excellent flavors that our child absolutely loved. Service was consistently prompt and efficient, with attentive care provided throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We'll definitely choose the JW Marriott again on our next visit to Xi'an. It truly lives up to the top-tier Marriott standard. And finally, regarding the price: for less than 1,000 RMB, you can indulge in a day of luxurious living – truly a fantastic value!

Hotel guests use a dedicated elevator that is separated from the staff going to and from the office. The entrance to the laundry room is accessible only when there is a room key. The washing machine is not unlocked until the washing is completed. The menu for breakfast was a little different for two days. It's hot, but the indoor temperature of the breakfast restaurant on the second floor is very cool. It's nice to have a yogurt dispenser. Tableware is heavy, but I'm glad it's not plastic. Coffee has a strong bitter taste, but it's rich in cappuccino's velvet milk foam. Sleeping gowns are for summer, light and very long. The blanket is thick and soft and light. The blanket cover does not feel rough at all, so there is no burden on sensitive skin. The pillow is chubby but very light. It has a view of the train station north of Xi'an, and the night view is great. There are no carpets in the room and the floor is wood. It's convenient to have a marble shelf where you can sit in the shower room. The drain of the shower booth is slow.

Very good hotel, also recommended by friends, whether from hardware facilities or software services, it is worthy of praise. First of all, the driver of the pick-up station sent a location for the ride, and he made a video guide very carefully. If there is no such guide, it is difficult to find the correct ride. The reception staff at the front desk was kind, upgraded the room type, and gave a breakfast. Because I had a meal time earlier, the dishes were not completely finished, but it looked quite rich and there were more varieties. The room is clean and clean, with a tea table, a layout of dry and wet separation, and an opaque glass for showers and toilets. This detail is particularly good. The mattress is soft and hard. The linen is soft and not hard. The only thing is that the use of the pillow is slightly lacking. The pillow is soft and too low. With two too high, it may be that everyone's needs are different. In short, it is a very good stay experience.

I had a layover in Xi'an this time, and after looking at several hotels, I chose Park Plaza, and it certainly didn't disappoint. First off, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They proactively upgraded my room. I had previously mentioned needing to catch an 8 AM high-speed train the next day and requested a transfer. They thoughtfully confirmed and arranged everything in advance, and the driver was also very friendly and helpful. The location is truly superb. It's incredibly close to the North Station, just one metro stop away, or less than a 10-minute taxi ride. What's more, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, and there are dining options right across the street. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were quite new. Highly recommended!

My friend and I spent a weekend in Xi'an, and Yunyue Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the metro station, which connects directly to the high-speed railway station and even leads all the way to the Terracotta Army. The hotel is situated in a quiet, modern residential area, offering a peaceful retreat - something we truly appreciated after the usual hustle and bustle of China. Nearby, there’s a lovely park, a supermarket, and plenty of cafés, making it convenient for quick meals or snacks. Getting to the city center takes about 35-40 minutes by metro. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent of incense in the hallway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had all the essentials: slippers, shower flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste, an electric kettle, bottled water, and even a universal power adapter - a thoughtful touch for international travelers! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. We also appreciated the blackout electric curtains - a nice modern touch! Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay. Overall, Yunyue Hotel offers excellent value for money - great location, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for travelers who want a quiet, convenient, and pleasant stay in Xi'an!
