Hotels in Xi`an Xianyang International Airport, Xi'an

I chose to stay at the All Seasons again this time. The hardware and software are very good! The only regret is that the room door is not closed properly. Sometimes the card cannot be plugged in to get the power in time. It takes 2 seconds to wait. There have been 3 automatic power outages. Last month, the driver suggested calling the front desk two stops in advance to save waiting time. But this time, the front desk said that they would call to arrange the driver after the person arrived at the station. I don't know who is right!

We booked the Xingji Hotel, but as expected we stayed at the All Seasons Hotel. The service was very good, warm and polite. We were also informed that we could have breakfast at the farmer's market opposite and there was a fruit seller who gave us a free cup of coffee and a pick-up service from the subway station. There was no problem. People reminded us that this place lacks location and is relatively remote. If we want to order takeout, it’s better to forget about it. It’s too far away.

Very considerate pick-up and drop-off: I was exhausted after landing, but I didn't expect the hotel's pick-up master to be waiting at the exit early and enthusiastically help with the luggage. The airport drop-off service on the return trip was also super punctual, so I didn't have to worry about missing the plane at all, and the journey was smooth. • Rich breakfast: The variety of breakfast is rich beyond imagination! Chinese hot porridge, steamed buns, Western bread, bacon, fresh fruits and exquisite pastries, the nutritional combination is perfect, and it starts a day full of vitality. • Extreme hygiene: The room is spotless, the sheets and quilts are as white as snow, there is no odor in the bathroom, and the toiletries are neatly placed. It is really super safe and comfortable to live. • Warm service: The front desk check-in is fast and considerate, and they also take the initiative to help upgrade the room type. If there are any needs during the stay, the staff can respond in time, and it really feels like home. This stay experience is really great, and I will choose this hotel next time I travel!

Forgot to turn on the lights when taking pictures. The facilities were also quite comprehensive. The room was pretty good, and it's conveniently located near the airport. They also offer a morning airport shuttle service, provided by a large bus, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. The only minor issue was that we couldn't find the front desk initially. We drove around a few times before realizing the elevator was tucked away in an access lane, which took us up to the second-floor reception. A brighter, illuminated sign would be very helpful, especially at night.

A five-star rating is a must. The location is quite close to the airport, but the road to Terminal 5 is still under construction, so we have to take a long detour. Luckily, the hotel offers free airport transfers. Our flight was at 8:25, and the driver took us to the airport promptly at 6:00. Thank you so much! The service was thoughtful! Also, I'd like to mention the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. They were very hygienic, and the rooms were well-equipped. We rented a car for a road trip, and when we returned the car, the driver told us this hotel was the best of several nearby hotels. It seems we made the right choice.

Close to the airport,has a free shuttle service from/to the airport.We ordered this hotel at last minute due to our flight cancellation and we’re surprised by good service,clean and spacious room and free night snacks. There is a simple but quite nice breakfast selection,they also offer fresh coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a nice hotel closer to the airport that’s an ideal spot.

Nice hotel, at terminal 3 , but most new airlines arrive at terminal 5 so you have 2 options : call hotel after you arrive at baggage claim in Xi’an and they will send a hotel van to pick you up at exit 512 when you exit baggage claim . The benefit of this is that the hotel van person will take you directly to hotel lobby at floor 1f. 2nd option - take free airport terminal shuttle also at exit 512 to terminal 3 that takes about 10 minutes , you have to lift your bags and store in the airport shuttle bus . This is a large shuttle bus like you see in US rental car shuttles . Then you exit at terminal 3, take elevator up and make your way to end to the terminal walkway to the hotel , ask at enquiry counter for directions if needed . Once you get through walkway you have to manually carry bags escalator - no lift to hotel lobby at 3f. But this lobby is not staffed so you have to then take elevator down to 1f and get yourself checked in. The executive lounge was closed for us at 8pm ! We had booked 9th floor family large room which was comfortable and big , lots of storage . Good vegetarian food at restaurant on 3f - vegetable sandwich and fried rice without egg I think . Service is a bit impersonal though good. Not many people speak English though so it can be pain to call and arrange for shuttle ! We got pickup at 4 am in morning from hotel to drop off at terminal 5 and it was on time - make sure you reserve the night before . They even brought a bigger van when they noticed we had 5 large bags and 3 carry ons. Lastly , there are some good stores in terminal 3 accessible by walkway - eg pharmacy where you can get antibiotics like Zithromax and amoxicillin for about $4 each ! Try and get a 3C certified power bank as well as the airport security in Xi’an will throw away your USA UL or ETL listed power banks if they are not 3C certified , that is they should show CCC on the power bank. We had this misfortune happen to us where they confiscated our anker and baseus latest power banks !

We arrived at Xi'an after midnight so decided to rest our night near the Airport Hotel. JJC, is a clean and comfortable hotel for our night rest. The hotel provides free airport pick-up service upon reservation. You need to pick up your luggage at the airport and go to Exit 533 on the departure floor of the terminal. After you arrive, contact the hotel front desk to arrange a car to pick you up. This pickup is great plus to us reaching Xi'an at wee hours and knowing we have a place to rest after the flight.

I recently stayed at Atour Hotel on a business trip and the overall experience was great! The hotel is strategically located, very close to the airport and with convenient transportation, which is very friendly for travelers who catch early flights or arrive late at night. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. I particularly like the detailed design of the room. For example, the layout of the small desk and charging sockets are very thoughtful, which makes it very convenient for working and resting. The service is impeccable. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. The hotel also provides free airport pick-up service, which is very worry-free. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, which is a good start to the day. In short, the hotel is satisfactory in terms of both hardware facilities and service quality. It is highly recommended to friends who need to catch a flight or stay for a short time! Will choose here next time!

Stayed here the night before to catch an early flight. Booked a family room, which was very attractive at less than 200. Brought some wine and food for dinner and ate in the hotel room. Read the negative reviews saying it was too noisy and I couldn't sleep all night, but it was not as exaggerated as that. I couldn't hear the planes at all when I fell asleep. The hotel itself was also very quiet. The shuttle bus to the airport in the morning was on time and it took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. All in all, staying here is a good choice if you want to catch an early flight.
