Beautiful hotel near Zhoulou station exit D. Near Bell’s tower, drum tower, 1 station to City wall. My non-smoking room has no smoke smell. Very nice and helpful staffs. There is a male staff who speak english fluently. I ask them for good restaurants near the hotel, they advised very nice places. Good service with a delivery robot.

Came with my dad but I wish I had brought all my friends and family so they could all experience this amazing accomodation!! Absolutely fantastic experience here, I could not recommend it more! This place is incredibly foreigner friendly with quite a few staff who can speak English and the amenities are beyond outstanding. Even for foreigners who know a fair bit of Chinese like me, it was so easy to talk to all the staff and I felt so at ease. Every picture I took made me think I was nestled in the forests of Japan. From the rooftop gardens, to the tea rooms, to the front communal space, and personal rooms, everything is curated to perfection and tech filled to the max! Expect vintage stereos, vinyl players and projectors at every communal area! All the staff are so friendly and create the welcoming community energy that tremendously enriches your experience in Xi’an. There is also a pub opposite the road for complimentary happy hours, communal hot pots and dumpling making on different nights! I cannot wait to recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I am beyond excited to bring my family and friends back here!

The owner was very nice, helping with luggage, checking in on any needs, and keeping the room very clean. This B&B has a classic charm and is very stylishly decorated. You can enjoy tea and coffee on the first floor. We stayed on the third floor, and the room opened onto a small garden. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the children could play in the garden. There's even a tree over 1,000 years old right outside the B&B. Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street is right outside, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is close to scenic spots and popular check-in spots such as the Bell Tower, the City Wall, and Muslim Street. At night, you can see the nighlt view of the Bell Tower in just a few minutes by walking downstairs. The hotel is equipped with robots. There is a dedicated rest area in the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rest in the lobby after a day out. The room is fully equipped with a gym and a laundry room with washing and drying in one step. The room bedding is also very comfortable. The service of the front desk guy Mumu and the lady Mia is very good. The check-in is proactive. The people are very friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and its excellent location, right opposite the Bell Tower, with a large mall and a subway station just steps away. The staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful—nothing is too much trouble for them, and I truly felt they wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The continuous supply of cold bottled water was greatly appreciated, and the smart kettle in the room made it easy to prepare hot drinks. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Hotel is very beautiful and located in a quiet area of Xian but easy to get around in the old city. Metro station is very close so you don’t need to pay of taxi every time. Around the hotel there are a lot of small and very authentic restaurants so you don’t have necessarily to buy everything at the muslim (and hyper turistic) market. Prices are like the half of the I more turistic area but it’s genuine. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was noisy and didn’t refreshed enough. Overall a very good hotel for the prices. The hotel was very clean and there was also free laundry machine to be used on the ground floor! Life saver. I will come back here

Having previously stayed at Simple Palace, we had no qualms about booking this lovely wee courtyard hotel again. The last time we stayed, we noticed that, for one night, there was the bass of dance music until about 1am. Not a major problem. However, very unfortunately, this time the bass music played all night until 6.30 in the morning, every single night. Little sleep was had, despite having earplugs. It's such a shame, as Linda and her staff are so lovely, the hotel is full of character and the location perfect. We feel bad giving this feedback, as it's totally outwith the control of the hotel, but it sadly would stop us staying again.

A Fantastic Stay We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting. One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. In 30 years of traveling around the globe, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was beautiful and functional. Great position and nice rooms. Airport pick up service. But what was amazing was the welcoming of the lady, Tong. She took care of us all time from the check in to the installation in the room. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers a tea time in the afternoon. Rooms very clean and an included laundry service. I wish to go back soon. Also Wu, Ning and Feng were great, helping us with the checkout

The perfect hotel for muslim travellers. Located next to Huimin street or Muslim quarters. So we had no problems finding halal food. Hotel was superb. Room was comfortable, service was good, spacious & clean. Had free dryer as well. Near to subway station.. The best hotel in Xian.
