I have checked in more than 30 times. The first time I checked in, Bella at the front desk handled it. She was warm and generous and left a deep impression. The second time I came, Bella recognized me and found my membership in time. After that, Bella could remember my preferences every time I checked in and help me arrange the room. Because I always drink tea, I asked for more bottles of water in the first few times. After Bella added me, sometimes I forgot to tell her, but she remembered to give me water. Every time I checked in, I felt safe and considerate. The front desk manager, Rachel, was also very impressive. She could remember the license plate every time I came, which saved a lot of trouble. The security guard at the door was also very good. He helped me guide the direction every time and was very enthusiastic. The decoration of this hotel is OK, it is simple style, and the room facilities are also quite complete. But the service adds a lot of points, and my family also recognizes this hotel. The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.

2nd stay in a month. As mentioned earlier; supposedly a hotel with smoke-free rooms but we still encountered cigarette smell whenever we stepped into the restrooms located in the lobby area and even see randomly discarded cigarette butt at our lift lobby bin. Feedback previously was noted by hotel staff but I guess smoking on premises are fairly common and do not seem to be once-off incident.

It can be said that the service is very thoughtful! ! As a government reception hotel, the hotel has impeccable service, a high grade, and a better environment. It is very cost-effective among high-end hotels in Xi'an. It is worth recommending to friends from Ctrip.
