The location is good and nearby to a lot of attraction, walkable, the service is also good where suitable for stay if you come to Xian. Near to a lot of eatery place and even arrived after mid night there are still stalls around to have quick bites.

First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

First and foremost, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the pleasant stay. Ms Tao Zi, Ms. Jing Jing and their colleagues at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Ms. Yi Gai Li and her colleagues at the breakfast and high tea restaurant were warm and friendly. Appreciate all your wonderful service and warm welcome. When I booked the hotel, I just wanted a clean, value for money with a good location hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

My recent stay in Hilton Xi’an with my wife and two sons was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We encountered an issue with an online purchase during our trip, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Kitty was incredibly kind and patient in helping us arrange the return of the goods, and Jones stepped in to help us purchase the item from another platform. Their proactive and thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to handle. Additionally, the hotel granted us a late check-out, knowing that our flight was scheduled for late in the evening. This thoughtful gesture gave our family the comfort and flexibility to enjoy our final hours in Xi’an without rushing. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely helpful and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism turned our trip into a memorable experience, and we are deeply grateful for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’ll feel supported and valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

This hotel is at a superb location just next to 不夜城. However, to go to Metro need a long walk. Breakfast has wide selection of food. Bed is very comfortable. We also tried the buffet dinner which is great. Also visited the free ticket to basement museum which is quite a good scale and collections. Truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Highly recommended although price is not cheap.

I must say that it beyonds expectation for Gran Melia hotel, particularly Manager Berry, she works with excellence service mind. The first time I go traveling in XiAn with my elder mom. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.

Great service, staff were very accommodating and gave great suggestions for things to visit and what times are best to visit. The location is directly beside a metro station and very close to lots of tourist areas making it a great place to staff. Lots of great food places nearby aswell.

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.
