I really enjoyed ☺️😉 the hotel is nice, room very clean 👍🏾👍🏾. Wonderful service 😍 they really know how to receive guest 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾. Good thing they can receive foreign… Don’t hesitate to book your room anytime you want 😉. 感谢浵💋💋

The place is not bad per se. The rooms are kept tidy and it has all the amenities a traveller needs. The big problem with the place is, even though it is advertised as non-smoking, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. There was a very thick continuous smoke smell coming into our room through the toilet. However, the service is good, they added an air purifier to our room which saved us of the sandstorm that was falling upon the city during our stay. 塞翁失马焉知非福

Because I am a Huazhu member, I chose All Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an. When I placed an order on the Jiji mini program, I still didn’t find a certain price discount in a certain way, so I still persisted in choosing the Jiuji store in a certain way. It was 38 degrees outside in Xi'an these two days. When I entered the room and turned on the air conditioner to cool down quickly, I thought too much. I negotiated with the waiter and said it was because of the open window. After closing the window, the room temperature was still 26. After a while, the temperature rose to 27. I put this issue aside because I went out in the afternoon. When I came back at nine in the evening, I reported it to the front desk and still couldn't solve it. The temperature was 25-26 the whole night. I think this is a way for businesses to save money. Breakfast tickets need to be collected before eating, the hygiene conditions cannot be scrutinized, and no photos were taken. A sorry experience.

Great hotel right next to the city walls by the south gate. Nice to be in a small homestay instead of a big hotel. The hosts gave us a bowl of chicken soup when we arrived. Very stylish place, nice and quiet with friendly, helpful staff.

The loft is clean, spacious, and close to all the hot touristic spots in Xian city. Highly recommended. Also the staff is extremely supportive and friendly. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

The front desk is very welcoming, the room is average, there are too many mosquito bites, the walls are full of blood, the room is humid, the breakfast is very poor, the breakfast lady's service is very poor, paper towels are not given to everyone until you are almost done eating, the breakfast is A round table, everyone crowded together to eat...an open-air parking lot, and the most important thing was that my tire was punctured. I didn't find out until I got off the car at the second hotel.

Room is really good and clean and location is convenient for shopping. They have breakfast as well, i would suggest them to add coffee or black tea to the menu. Other than that everything is good. Also they kept a nongfu spring 5 L water can, which is 15 RMB which they will deduct from the deposit if we use it. But they didn’t mention me. Overall its a good room to stay in Xi’an ❤️

設施：酒店不是新的，很多地方比較老舊 衞生：整體衞生環境還行 環境：住的位置離漢城湖景區很近，相距城樓，回民街等等距離一般，打車20多元 服務：酒店沒有提供洗浴拖鞋，一次性拖鞋比較滑 建議入住還是自己帶一雙拖鞋

Very good hotel and location. It’s very easy to get to Bell Tower and it’s near the subway station. The hotel is very comfortable and the front desk people are friendly and helpful. Cheap but excellent.
