3-Star Hotels in Xi＇an

Location is great, there are no amenities at the hotel. The room was good and clean but had a strong smoke smell. They should offer non-smoking rooms.

The place is not bad per se. The rooms are kept tidy and it has all the amenities a traveller needs. The big problem with the place is, even though it is advertised as non-smoking, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. There was a very thick continuous smoke smell coming into our room through the toilet. However, the service is good, they added an air purifier to our room which saved us of the sandstorm that was falling upon the city during our stay. 塞翁失马焉知非福

Because I am a Huazhu member, I chose All Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an. When I placed an order on the Jiji mini program, I still didn’t find a certain price discount in a certain way, so I still persisted in choosing the Jiuji store in a certain way. It was 38 degrees outside in Xi'an these two days. When I entered the room and turned on the air conditioner to cool down quickly, I thought too much. I negotiated with the waiter and said it was because of the open window. After closing the window, the room temperature was still 26. After a while, the temperature rose to 27. I put this issue aside because I went out in the afternoon. When I came back at nine in the evening, I reported it to the front desk and still couldn't solve it. The temperature was 25-26 the whole night. I think this is a way for businesses to save money. Breakfast tickets need to be collected before eating, the hygiene conditions cannot be scrutinized, and no photos were taken. A sorry experience.

Location is very convenient, and it is right next to the city wall. Staff are friendly and helpful. As we have an infant, they even tried to contact us before check-in to ask if we are alright with the room type, as one of the room may experience some noise due to the bar downstairs. Friends and I are very satisfied and impresses with both the interior room environment as well as the exterior as a whole! Only thing is the shower area has a musty smell, but you can leave the doors open to air it. Generally a comfortable ambience, with rooftop access where you can view part of the city wall.

The hotel is fine, but the pictures are way too flattering. All in all it is clean but decadent, flakey walls and broken things (like the shower nozzle or the shower door). It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess, and our stay wasn't unpleasant. Clean sheets and very kind staff, free laundry service help having a good memory, but the noisy street and the view on a narrow alleyway in front of a tall building don't.

The service is very good. The front desk guy and girl can respond quickly to any questions. The location is very good and the hygiene is very clean. There are housekeepers who come to clean for us every day. There are many snacks downstairs and the subway is also very close to the hotel. It is very convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

In terms of accommodation, compared to staying in other places the previous night, it was much better to come here again. It was clean and tidy, the color of the room was good, and there was a parking lot. I chose a regular twin room. The location is on a relatively quiet street corner, so it is recommended to drive by yourself. The surrounding eating places are a little far away.

Room is really good and clean and location is convenient for shopping. They have breakfast as well, i would suggest them to add coffee or black tea to the menu. Other than that everything is good. Also they kept a nongfu spring 5 L water can, which is 15 RMB which they will deduct from the deposit if we use it. But they didn’t mention me. Overall its a good room to stay in Xi’an ❤️

The room type is very good, suitable for two families, the transportation is also convenient, there is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs

Very nice 👍 I recommend everyone to stay here. The staff are very nice and warm to welcome tourists. There is free sour plum soup in the lobby, and there is also a washing machine which is nice.
