We stayed one night in this place due to its proximity to terracotta warriors monument and the show. We stayed with my wife and one year old daughter in the rooms of the second floor. The experience was great. An interesting feature of the hotel is that it is at the top of a food building/market place so entering it was different but very easy. Recommended for those planning to see the show and do a morning walk in the park the next day.
Very good!!! Unexpectedly good!
Location: Two minutes to Laomu Temple, you can climb the mountain for free
Appearance: The boss has a very high aesthetic taste, every place is beautiful, the calligraphy and paintings are nice, the space is well used, and every place is very comfortable.
Service: The receptionist is very shy and looks warm. He changed us to a more exquisite and better room for free. Breakfast was delivered to the room, both dishes were delicious, and a glass of sweet corn juice was delicious! The cleaning lady was also very nice.
It is a place I want to come again. It is an hour drive from Xi'an, which is very convenient. It is a good place to get together with family and friends.
First of all, I would like to thank the two elder sisters for their 24-hour attentive service. Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

At Angsana Hotel, the service was truly the highlight and exceptionally good. The pool was decent, and the staff were very attentive and responsible. However, some areas had exposed rocks, which posed a safety hazard; my child unfortunately scraped their ankle on one. The room design was excellent, featuring a large, comfortable bathtub. The only downsides were that some facilities definitely needed maintenance, such as a broken showerhead, and the absence of disposable nail clippers and bathtub liners. The balcony offered no view to speak of. The complimentary carousel ride and VR experience felt quite underwhelming. On a positive note, the self-service drinks at the front desk were delicious, and the snack box received upon check-in was tasty. Overall, I recommend staying one night in Lintong, as it allows you to visit the Terracotta Army at 5 PM, thus avoiding the peak crowds.
**Excellent Hotel Service Experience**
In the fast-paced life of modern society, the quality of hotel services often profoundly affects the travel experience of customers. High-quality hotel services are not only reflected in the improvement of hardware facilities, but also in the humanization and nuance of software services. This paper will discuss how hotel service can improve customer satisfaction through details, and analyze with specific examples.
In hotel services, details often determine customer satisfaction. Take the famous Ritz-Carlton Hotel for example, which is ”for the sake of customers anytime, anywhere”
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located right inside the Huaqing Palace complex, granting guests unlimited access. We arrived in the afternoon and explored the entire palace that same day, eliminating the need for a separate long trip from the city center.
We had booked tickets for the first show of the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. After dinner, we waited in the lobby at 7:50 PM for hotel staff to escort us to the performance. After the show, we spent some time buying souvenirs, so we returned a bit later than expected. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel had staff still waiting for us at the original meeting point. The service was truly impeccable and attentive to every detail.
Upon returning to our room, the hot spring bath had already been filled with water. Our family happily took turns soaking in the hot spring, which was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's restaurant is also worth a special mention. You need to take a short golf cart ride into the Huaqing Palace grounds to get there. The dishes were truly amazing; even as southerners, we found the food very palatable. They offered both local Xi'an snacks and elaborate main courses. We loved the stir-fried lamb so much that we had it twice, and there was also a braised soft-shell turtle with steamed buns (I don't quite remember the exact name, but it was something similar) – all of which were a true feast for the taste buds.
All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, due to limited time, we only stayed for one night. We hope to return and stay for several more nights next time.
The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and complete facilities. I will choose it every time and am very satisfied with it. The front desk handles business very quickly and the service is very good. There is a buffet breakfast on the first floor with many varieties and tastes very good. It is also very close to the scenic area. There is a self-service laundry room on the 4th floor, which is convenient and fast. The room is clean and tidy, especially comfortable. I recommend it.
The environment is very good. It takes less than half an hour by taxi to Bingma, 10 minutes to Huaqing Hot Spring in Song of Everlasting Regret, and 40 minutes by taxi to the city center without traffic jams. The hotel's hot spring is very good, the facilities are also good, and the breakfast variety is not bad. The hotel service is basically available on call when there are not many people, but it is still slow when there are many people. The professionalism of service and hygiene still needs to be improved. Check-in and check-out are very convenient.

GGuest UserVery close to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Lishan Garden, the hotel has rooms, farmhouses and coffee, which is very convenient. Since I was too tired to choose the wrong date when I booked the room, I really didn't want to operate the mobile phone software anymore. The boss said that it would be like this to check in early, no need to bother to retreat. The room is clean, disposable towels, bath towels, toilet pads, slippers, no need to bring your own, very thoughtful
Breakfast is very rich, eggs, porridge, steamed buns, shredded potatoes, loofah, the most important thing is freshly made.
Send us to the door of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses and talk about the precautions. Next time you come to Linyi, you must stay again
WwxlanlanWe booked a unique cave dwelling (yaodong) near the Terracotta Army, and our stay truly exceeded expectations.
Ambiance: The cave dwelling itself is very charming and was impeccably clean. It felt very natural and rustic; we drifted off to sleep with the soothing sounds of crickets at night.
Most importantly, the owners were absolutely wonderful and incredibly welcoming, making us feel like we were staying at a long-time friend's house. The special breakfast, personally prepared by the owner, was also a highlight, and our kids absolutely loved it. Plus, staying here offers the unique experience of making your own Terracotta Warriors.
The owner also recommended a night market frequented by locals nearby, and a beautiful spot to watch the sunset on Mount Li's 'Akina Mountain Road.' These recommendations were truly pleasant surprises of our road trip.
GGuest UserThis place was excellent! It's very conveniently located near the entrance to the Terracotta Warriors. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and our room was quiet. Traveling with children meant we needed to air dry a lot of clothes, and the facilities here made that very convenient. When there was a slight mix-up with our laundry, the owner happily resolved it without any fuss. Following the owner's recommendation, we drove just a few minutes to a local food street where prices were very reasonable, and the barbecue was absolutely delicious. Even though the weather was hot and the Terracotta Warriors were crowded, the private guide we hired was very responsible and thorough, even pointing out great spots for photos along the way. This was our first time in Xi'an, and we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the local people. It's a shame we missed the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, but we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!
SSiyangmaOriginally, I didn’t have high expectations for a B&B with a good location right at the entrance of the scenic spot but a very affordable price. An expensive B&B was beyond my budget, so I chose to stay here based on the reviews of other tourists. The result was a huge surprise. First of all, the boss was very enthusiastic. He came out to greet us and reserved a parking space. He arrived too late and had not eaten yet. He helped recommend a delicious and cheap restaurant and delivered food to the room. The room is very hygienic. It is not big but has complete facilities. It is very clean. It has heating and air conditioning. It is very warm. Very enthusiastically told us the best way to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. The night after we left, they asked via WeChat if we had arrived at the next stop safely. Thank you to the enthusiastic Xiao Li and his father of Gu Qin Inn for making us feel at home. Especially when we needed help, Xiao Li's father said, ”We can talk about anything when we are at home.” It made my heart warm! Definitely recommend friends to come to this inn! !
GGuest UserPros: The B&B is spacious in the village, with a yard. Kids can play freely outside, and there are persimmon and pomegranate trees. The environment is pleasant.
It's close to the Terracotta Warriors. The owner is very welcoming and provides shuttle service. The breakfast is plentiful, clean, and prepared by the hostess herself. I ate until I was stuffed. The owner even gave me a disposable raincoat on a rainy day and helped me collect my clothes from the drying line. She was very thoughtful.
When I left, the hostess gave me two peaches. I doubt we're making any money here. 🤣
Cons: It's a long way to get takeout, with only one or two options.
Perhaps due to the summer heat, there are flies. I hope the owner can improve this.
All in all, it's worth staying here and a great value.
GGuest UserThe service was great, the proprietress was too enthusiastic, and when she knew it was hot, she immediately went to turn on the air conditioner in the room for us, went to buy dinner and said to drive, and the proprietress said directly that it was convenient to ride a bike. The room is clean and quiet, very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, it is worth living, and the proprietress also sent a handmade little cute,
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, convenient transportation, the details of the lobby restaurant and the room are well done, I like it very much, the waiter's attitude is also very good, quickly help to solve the problem, the breakfast is relatively rich, the dishes are moderate, the taste is relatively light and suitable for the taste, especially the cold dishes are delicious, the elderly and children in the family all give good reviews!
MM508686****After a long day of driving, we finally reached the front desk to check in. Immediately upon check-in, the proprietress started relentlessly pushing 'complimentary' activities, specifically guided tours and theater tickets. This instantly created a very negative impression. She then simply assumed I wanted the guided tour, asked how many headsets I'd need, and demanded a transfer payment. When I declined, she suggested a late-night play would be 'perfect'. It truly felt like she didn't care about guests' exhaustion, only about making a quick buck. The Wi-Fi signal was completely inadequate for the number of rooms; I had to tether my laptop to my phone. The owner claimed the Wi-Fi was down and being repaired outside – an obvious lie! There was no one in sight doing repairs, and how could it possibly take an entire day to fix? Even the disposable slippers were paper-thin, another letdown. What's more, they initially set very high room prices, then slash them hourly if not booked within a few hours. The blatant commercialism and greed of this place are truly overwhelming.
