Xi'an Weiyang District Hotels

One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

There are so many hotels nowadays, basically you can see several within every three or five steps. After comprehensive comparison, I chose the cost-effective Buffalo Hotel, which provides free airport and station pick-up services, and can save hundreds of dollars. The hotel service is not discounted, the integrated environment is very clean, and it is a five-star standard. The front desk receptionist is very gentle and patient! My stay at this hotel, which opened two years ago, was very pleasant. The front desk offered complimentary drinks, and they even provided small gifts upon departure. The hotel is conveniently located directly above Impression Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. It's also extremely close to the subway station, just two stops away, which made getting around very convenient. All rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk staff were also excellent. Highly recommended.

Hotel guests use a dedicated elevator that is separated from the staff going to and from the office. The entrance to the laundry room is accessible only when there is a room key. The washing machine is not unlocked until the washing is completed. The menu for breakfast was a little different for two days. It's hot, but the indoor temperature of the breakfast restaurant on the second floor is very cool. It's nice to have a yogurt dispenser. Tableware is heavy, but I'm glad it's not plastic. Coffee has a strong bitter taste, but it's rich in cappuccino's velvet milk foam. Sleeping gowns are for summer, light and very long. The blanket is thick and soft and light. The blanket cover does not feel rough at all, so there is no burden on sensitive skin. The pillow is chubby but very light. It has a view of the train station north of Xi'an, and the night view is great. There are no carpets in the room and the floor is wood. It's convenient to have a marble shelf where you can sit in the shower room. The drain of the shower booth is slow.

Since the hotel is renovated, the facilities are very new and clean, and the smart toilet is also very nice. We came to Xi'an to play for a few days and stayed here for three days, but the cleaning sister did not seem to do a good job of cleaning service in the later period. Every night, I returned to the hotel and did not wash the toilet and do a good job of supplies. I stayed for three days except for the daily supply of bottled water. Tea bags, coffee and disposable toiletries were not replenished, and those who stayed on the first day were not available. I hope it can be seriously improved. The front desk lady was very warm and polite, and also sent a breakfast ticket, but the breakfast was lacking and rich, more ordinary, maybe because tourists who come to Xi'an will go to the morning market?

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The free shuttle service to/from the train station and Line 4 subway was incredibly convenient and made my travels hassle-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: friendly, warm, and always eager to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The hygiene is very good. As a sensitive skin that is prone to allergies, a dirty or dusty quilt will make me itch all over. I have lived here for five days and have no allergies at all. Just like what I saw in other people's comments, the pillow is really comfortable. The location is good. It happened to be the time for the Longshouyuan Night Market to be rectified. The stalls are not open, but it is convenient to buy anything nearby. There is a Weijia convenience store very close, and the fruits are cheap and delicious (students who don't eat spicy food should not try the secret cold noodles) The service is very enthusiastic, and the questions raised are actively helped to solve them. The lady at the front desk is so cute in a Tang suit~ The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are still a few places to put things. There are no drawers in the whole house, but this also makes the hygiene have no dead corners. There are pros and cons. It would be better if there were more tables to put things. This address is more convenient to take the bus than the subway. If you are not in a hurry, you can try the bus. It is cheap and comfortable, and there are seats. Also, the Shaanxi History Museum and the Terracotta Warriors are must-sees. The Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps and the Huaqing Hot Spring are relatively average and can be visited as options. The Xi'an Museum is inside the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and can be visited as an option, but it is not on the same level as the Shaanxi History Museum.

Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday inn express Very convenient location, right next to a big shopping mall with a lot of local food options! Across the road there is a local spot 长安大牌档 which visitors should definitely try. Decent breakfast in terms of the available spread, and there is a self service laundry room in the basement that is free to use. Rooms are a little dated but everything works so it's fine

I stayed at the Delta Hotel for two nights at the end of the month for a show, and it was very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an. We arrived at Xi'an North Station a little after 1 PM. It was a direct subway ride to the hotel, taking just over 20 minutes, without needing to exit the station. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Longshouyuan Subway Station Exit A. Check-in was very quick. We requested a high floor, and they kindly arranged a room on the 20th floor. The lobby isn't huge, but its circular layout ensures a smooth flow of traffic, avoiding any congestion when entering or exiting. The elevator lobby has four lifts, which require card access to select your floor, so waits are never long. The breakfast restaurant is conveniently located right next to the lifts, taking up most of the first floor. The room isn't large, but it was very clean. The sofa and chairs by the window, arranged around a small dining table, were incredibly practical – perfect for working, doing homework, or enjoying a late-night snack. The bathroom is actually larger than what you'd typically find in hotels with rooms of this size, featuring a separate bathtub and a separate shower. I'd suggest enclosing the toilet area as well, which would be very convenient for a family of three, though it might make the overall space feel a bit more cramped. On the downside, the toilet flush was quite noisy and sometimes didn't clear completely, which was a minor issue. Breakfast was quite substantial and offered a good variety. While the selection wasn't overwhelmingly extensive, it perfectly met our needs. A special shout-out to the fresh vegetables at the salad bar – they were excellent. The service was also great – I particularly appreciated their warm yet professional approach. Requests, such as for ice, were always promptly attended to. On our last day, we had requested a 2 PM late check-out. When we realized we couldn't make it back in time, we contacted the hotel, and Reina kindly helped us extend it further. We're very grateful for her assistance.

I had a layover in Xi'an this time, and after looking at several hotels, I chose Park Plaza, and it certainly didn't disappoint. First off, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They proactively upgraded my room. I had previously mentioned needing to catch an 8 AM high-speed train the next day and requested a transfer. They thoughtfully confirmed and arranged everything in advance, and the driver was also very friendly and helpful. The location is truly superb. It's incredibly close to the North Station, just one metro stop away, or less than a 10-minute taxi ride. What's more, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, and there are dining options right across the street. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were quite new. Highly recommended!
