Xi'an Beilin District Hotels

I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for travel, and there are abundant shopping and dining facilities nearby. The hotel has all the necessary facilities, is clean and tidy, and the service is cordial and friendly. I look forward to staying here next time.

The owner was very nice, helping with luggage, checking in on any needs, and keeping the room very clean. This B&B has a classic charm and is very stylishly decorated. You can enjoy tea and coffee on the first floor. We stayed on the third floor, and the room opened onto a small garden. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the children could play in the garden. There's even a tree over 1,000 years old right outside the B&B. Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street is right outside, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and its excellent location, right opposite the Bell Tower, with a large mall and a subway station just steps away. The staff are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful—nothing is too much trouble for them, and I truly felt they wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The continuous supply of cold bottled water was greatly appreciated, and the smart kettle in the room made it easy to prepare hot drinks. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Hotel is very beautiful and located in a quiet area of Xian but easy to get around in the old city. Metro station is very close so you don’t need to pay of taxi every time. Around the hotel there are a lot of small and very authentic restaurants so you don’t have necessarily to buy everything at the muslim (and hyper turistic) market. Prices are like the half of the I more turistic area but it’s genuine. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was noisy and didn’t refreshed enough. Overall a very good hotel for the prices. The hotel was very clean and there was also free laundry machine to be used on the ground floor! Life saver. I will come back here

Having previously stayed at Simple Palace, we had no qualms about booking this lovely wee courtyard hotel again. The last time we stayed, we noticed that, for one night, there was the bass of dance music until about 1am. Not a major problem. However, very unfortunately, this time the bass music played all night until 6.30 in the morning, every single night. Little sleep was had, despite having earplugs. It's such a shame, as Linda and her staff are so lovely, the hotel is full of character and the location perfect. We feel bad giving this feedback, as it's totally outwith the control of the hotel, but it sadly would stop us staying again.

A Fantastic Stay We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting. One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. In 30 years of traveling around the globe, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was beautiful and functional. Great position and nice rooms. Airport pick up service. But what was amazing was the welcoming of the lady, Tong. She took care of us all time from the check in to the installation in the room. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers a tea time in the afternoon. Rooms very clean and an included laundry service. I wish to go back soon. Also Wu, Ning and Feng were great, helping us with the checkout

Love the hotel location in Xian city. Easy access to Muslim street for all the halal food. Abt 10 mins walk. Other location like Xian Wall also within reach. One thing to take note if you are a light sleeper it may be a disadvantage to you as same building there a disco night club playing music. The sound bass vibration may reach you depending on the level of yr room. I don't want to say it affect all cos I didn't move to other rooms. The lady who help arrange attractions visit or taxi very helpful. Can use Alipay for payment and cash at some stall (plse ask)

Excellent Hotel in the Best Location! Couldn't ask for a better stay! Steps from the Bell and Drum Towers, super clean rooms, and service is very impressed! I asked for a firmer pillow and it was delivered to the room in 10 mins. The night view from the upper floors is magical. The only thing I didn’t give 5 in facilities was because the gym could be a bit better and didn’t have much with weight equipment. My son would love more if the gym had more weight equipment. Breakfast was awesome and afternoon tea was a great add on to the stay. Will definitely return! 清凉夏日下午茶:excellent

Our stay at the Mehood Elegant Hotel (Yanzhi Hotel) Xi’an Bell Tower Yongingmen was spectacular! Such a lovely room and a very clean, organized and well run hotel! The rooftop view is incredible at night and the afternoon noodles are a nice treat after a long day of exploring! Tips for getting there: Be sure to input the Mandarin address into navigation apps such as AMAP or DiDi! We had trouble initially finding the correct location upon arrival since there are a few nearby Mehood hotel locations. Once you’re there, the place is a dream and I would highly recommend!! Right by the City Wall and lots to explore/see/eat nearby
