Xi'an Xincheng District Hotels

Beautiful hotel near Zhoulou station exit D. Near Bell’s tower, drum tower, 1 station to City wall. My non-smoking room has no smoke smell. Very nice and helpful staffs. There is a male staff who speak english fluently. I ask them for good restaurants near the hotel, they advised very nice places. Good service with a delivery robot.

Came with my dad but I wish I had brought all my friends and family so they could all experience this amazing accomodation!! Absolutely fantastic experience here, I could not recommend it more! This place is incredibly foreigner friendly with quite a few staff who can speak English and the amenities are beyond outstanding. Even for foreigners who know a fair bit of Chinese like me, it was so easy to talk to all the staff and I felt so at ease. Every picture I took made me think I was nestled in the forests of Japan. From the rooftop gardens, to the tea rooms, to the front communal space, and personal rooms, everything is curated to perfection and tech filled to the max! Expect vintage stereos, vinyl players and projectors at every communal area! All the staff are so friendly and create the welcoming community energy that tremendously enriches your experience in Xi’an. There is also a pub opposite the road for complimentary happy hours, communal hot pots and dumpling making on different nights! I cannot wait to recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and I am beyond excited to bring my family and friends back here!

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is close to scenic spots and popular check-in spots such as the Bell Tower, the City Wall, and Muslim Street. At night, you can see the nighlt view of the Bell Tower in just a few minutes by walking downstairs. The hotel is equipped with robots. There is a dedicated rest area in the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rest in the lobby after a day out. The room is fully equipped with a gym and a laundry room with washing and drying in one step. The room bedding is also very comfortable. The service of the front desk guy Mumu and the lady Mia is very good. The check-in is proactive. The people are very friendly.

Great location. Take about 8min walk from subway station to the hotel. Very easy to find. Walk distance to Zhong/Gu Lou. Room clean and big enough, staff friendly. Electric control room and toilet are good. Lack of hanging place in shower room, there is no place to put towels/clothes. Breakfast buffet is ok, but is not good enough for 4 star hotel. Our room was quiet, but had stinky smell when fun was on.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Helpful staff, Clean and modern hotel in unbeatable location. The mattress was very comfortable especially for me who has back problem. We particularly loved sitting on the balcony eating delicious roast whole chicken and New Orleans chicken wings from KFC next door and watching the busy streets at the same time. Lastly, We would like to thank reception staff 小王& others, for helping to keep our parcels . Not forgetting housekeeping staff for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Many thanks also to 胡晓红, for her delicious fruits and helping me with the tours. It was nice meeting her again. We will definitely go back.

Absolutely delighted with my stay! This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and it truly lived up to expectations. Both the ambiance and cleanliness were exceptional, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an; it's conveniently located near local attractions, and the breakfast was excellent! The Chinese restaurant also served fantastic food. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, even thoughtfully arranging a late check-out for me. All in all, a truly wonderful and pleasant stay!

I've previously stayed at Mercure hotels in other cities and always had excellent experiences, so when we found one near the Bell Tower in Xi'an, we didn't hesitate to book it. We were traveling with our child for a competition, so we initially stayed for 2 nights, then returned for another 3 nights after the competition. The hotel's service is truly exceptional and thoughtful; they even provide complimentary bottled water at every elevator landing, which is incredibly convenient for grabbing a bottle or two before heading out. We also received complimentary breakfast due to a longer-than-expected wait during check-in. The breakfast was very substantial, served until 10 AM on weekdays and extended to 11 AM on weekends. There's a gym and a laundry room on the first floor, and this Xi'an location even offers Hanfu experience bookings, which is unique! The complimentary airport pickup service is another fantastic perk! We booked a spacious room, over 40 square meters, and our entire stay here was incredibly comfortable. Finally, just a minor suggestion: it would be great if the shower area had an extra shelf, as it was a bit inconvenient to place toiletries while showering. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay!

After searching for a long time online, I found this garden-style hotel. I originally booked Building 3, but the hotel upgraded me to Building 2 (Xi'an Luxury Mercure People's Building). The hotel was originally a guesthouse of the provincial government, hidden in the garden, with a calm architectural style and has gone through the years. The interior decoration is full of Chinese cultural heritage, simple, low-key and meaningful. The check-in environment is quiet and tidy, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service is polite and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the three service staff Lu Feifei, Ren Huanting and Wang Yiming. Suggestions: 1. Add some local special snacks (mini version) to breakfast to increase the experience of tourists; 2. Set the breakfast to be flexible (that is, you can book it after staying, or cancel a meal temporarily), so that guests can go out to experience Xi'an's folk morning market.

Overall, it was quite good! The location is super convenient for a family of three on a 6-day, 5-night trip. The subway entrance is literally 10 meters to the right downstairs, and Exit 7 of the underground passage also provides quick access to the hotel. The laundry room was always busy; although the washers ran non-stop, the dryer had issues, but they were promptly fixed the very next day. From our room, with the curtains open, we had a view of the Bell Tower. The night market downstairs was also bustling, perfect for grabbing a snack whenever we felt like it. We sampled a few things and found them to be quite good. The young staff at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help with any requests – a truly passionate team. Breakfast was decent, though we'd suggest adding a bit more variety. The only minor drawback was that our street-facing room was a little noisy. However, after a full day of sightseeing, we were usually so tired that the street noise didn't bother us much in the end. 😁 If we visit again, we'd likely choose this place. One final note: we booked the hotel's Terracotta Warriors day tour, and our experience wasn't great – it was just mediocre. Although it didn't include entry to the main attraction, it featured a show called 'The Revival Army' and an AR mirror experience. If you opted not to watch them, you'd be stuck waiting at the visitor center for nearly two hours. My child wanted to see it, so my husband took him. I, on the other hand, spent 29.9 at a foot spa outside the visitor center, enjoying the air conditioning and a comfortable seat, as the visitor center itself was quite underwhelming. All in all, Xi'an is definitely worth another visit!

We received warm welcome by the front desk staff called xiao lu. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast consists of both chinese and western options and is one of the better breakfast we had in similar grade hotel. We will come back again.
