Clean, spacious rooms in a hotel right inside the mall — super convenient for food and shopping. KTV next door is a plus. Staff are nice; check-in was smooth even with translation. Great stay overall!

酒店前台小姐姐服務熱情，態度很好，周到。
房間空間很大，隔音很好，不吵鬧，酒店位置方便，出門很方便，打車也很方便，坐地鐵去景區很近，住的很滿意。

來西安旅遊，做了攻略，説鐘樓附近又吵又貴，最後選了這家亞朵，第一天到西安很晚，提前打電話幫忙安排了一間很棒的房間，地鐵口很方便出行，樓下就是一個商業區，很方便，住了4天，房間很乾凈，每天幫忙打掃，體驗感很好，小姐姐們都很温柔哦，推薦👍

酒店第一次住，很滿意，還給我升級房型。態度很好，樓下就是有很多商鋪和吃的，很享受的一次旅途。
這次訂房間雙人房，浴室廁所乾濕分離非常好，還會貼心準備洗髮沐浴露護髮素，屬於智能型酒店，電視機以及小度音響都給這次出行帶來了美好的體驗。第二天出去遊玩的時候酒店工作人員還會幫忙整理床鋪，我姐妹的衣服還會幫忙摺疊，晚上宵夜還會有機器人送貨上門。
如果下次還有機會來西安，還會選擇這裏，畢竟這裏交通便利，旁邊就有地鐵站，環境不錯。

2022年開的酒店挺新的，但硬件一般，入住當天因為返臭和房頂噪音換了兩次房，住下的房間比較小，但沒問題也算了，開空調才發現空調噪音很大，所以住的這麼多天沒開過空調。洗浴房排水一般，沒辦法兩個排水口都弄開了。最不習慣是每天早上8點多就會出現的“你好服務員”，伴隨着敲門聲要搞衞生，隔音不太好，旁邊房間的都聽到耳朵裏每天都被吵醒，有一次還敲到我的房門，拿起手機一看8:59好生氣呀，服務員經常會強調他們搞衞生什麼什麼時候會下班，這種情況其實真不好。第一次住阿朵，前台工作人員是很好的。

酒店停電沒有通知到個人 晚上回去洗澡突然停電 濕着頭髮睡覺 酒店工作人員沒有拿基礎照明設備安撫顧客 停電後電梯廳也沒貼任何告示 也沒有工作人員指引 全部縮在前台 不安撫客人 也不告知客人 來電後也沒一個電話或者詢問 退房時我不説 你們就當著沒發生過 太失望 第一次住亞朵也是最後一次
