來西安住了兩晚，房間很乾凈，該有🈶設施一應俱全，老闆也很好，有問題都及時給解決了，其實出來玩無非就是順心，西安是我第二次來了，一次比一次好，現在人們出行最注重的服務，環境是次要的，下次來西安，還住這裏。

1.客服服務態度非常非常好，退房稍微晚了一點點也沒有催
2.房間的裝修風格很不錯，很乾凈，就是床墊硬了一點
3.周邊出行也方便
4.空調有點吵，制暖略微有點不足，但是白天房間採光很好感覺不到，晚上是有點涼意

客服很熱情，提前入住會提供一間房間休息。非常值得稱讚的一點是，房間的隔音效果很好，旁邊就是東郊客運站，窗户關上之後幾乎沒有噪音，可以安心入睡。房間很大，看起來也十分的乾淨整潔。
