The hotel staff was amazing, they helped us to make an amazing birthday party! They were so kind and helpful for any occasion. The room is big and clean, the position of the hotel is perfect, you can go walking almost everywhere

The hotel is very clean and very nice. The people at the reception are very nice and helpful. Friendly staff. They even give you a farewell gift. So far I have never received a gift from a hotel.the cute robot that brings the ordered food upstairs is also very cute haha. Everything you need is also in the neighbourhood. So great location.

We love this place, our experience here is great++. The front desk ladies are proactive, knowledgeable and helpful. Their attitude made our day. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast spread has a mix of local food, yogurt , bread and simple pastries. Overall, highly recommended.

Hotel was modern and had robots. Rooms were fine and staff was very helpful and friendly. U should get the breakfast- it was good 👌😎 was located right next to muslim quarter, but in a quiet street.

I like the location as it is near the bell tower..mickeyds..bk..7-11 etc..also nearby is the night bar area..easy to walk there and back. During the rain..staff were not helpful in finding me an umbrella also there were no umbrellas available in the room. Also, I had dnd on my door as i was resting; the housekeeper ignored that and kept on knocking on my door. I stay at Ibis (brand) most of the time when i travel and i am still going to continue doing that...but I feel the staff need better guest service/hospitality concept training at this location.
