服務很好，進門有花茶喝，而且我很有幸使用了他們剛打開的一包洗臉巾，這真的是我太需要的東西了，沒想到前台那個小箱箱裏居然有，很驚喜很貼心

這家酒店可以説是我去西安旅行最不滿意的地方，第一前台，既然你做服務行業，賺這個錢，就麻煩你最起碼有個好的服務態度，客人站着你坐着，辦入住眼皮都不抬一下，面無表情。第二，你家衞生紙我不知道是從哪掏出來的，還沒打開就全是污漬，衞生紙都是臟的，第二，漱口杯，早上起來刷牙，杯子裏面全是污漬，我下樓告訴前台打掃一下房間，衞生紙和漱口杯的問題也和前台反映了，但是沒有解決，等我出去玩回來，原來那捲臟的衞生紙還在，但是多給我放了兩個半卷的，我不知道什麼意思，漱口杯根本沒動地方，我走的時候放在哪，回來的時候還是在哪，而且還是臟的，淋浴室的洗護用品給放到了洗手池上也沒有放回原位，水龍頭上全是水漬，浴室拖鞋臟的不行，晚上給前台打電話要個打火機，告訴我沒有，我不知道是不願意送還是什麼原因，希岸酒店沒有打火機，我也是挺無語的，我住過很多家希岸，從來沒有這種體驗，服務態度不好，酒店衞生條件差，這個差評你們酒店收的一點都不冤。好好整改吧

首先我是看了評論説可以看城牆夜景專門訂的觀景房。結果完全偏的。而且一點過到酒店，等打掃房間等了將近2個小時，孩子被蚊子咬了好幾個包。下次住不會考慮所謂的觀景房了，還不如訂最便宜的房間。酒店設備有點舊。不會再入住了。
