After we checked out and left, we received a call from the service staff saying that the towels and quilt covers could not be washed and we needed to pay for it. After we agreed to pay and asked about the price, someone in the background of the phone first said 500, and then the service staff said that the quilt cover was 280 and towels were 38. But after we sent a screenshot of the online selling price to the customer service and asked for the product to be registered with the Price Bureau, the customer service finally changed his mind and sent a purchase list of the product and agreed to pay us a total of 120 yuan in compensation based on the purchase price. The matter was settled in the end, but if we hadn't insisted on seeing the purchase price, the camp would have insisted on us paying a high price.
