一次訂了兩個房間，一個大一個小，大房間，比較大，驚喜，配套設施比較全，而且是關鍵是地段也很好，離辦事地點很近嗯，體驗很好。就是在房間裏沒有找到棉簽，沐浴露也沒有了，沒有續。總體是好的

這是第三次來西安，以前都是住酒店，這次帶父母來想着訂民宿，無意找到這家酒店式公寓，位於二環，環境乾淨整潔，住4-5人沒問題，可以做飯，交通方便，隔音特好，樓下有商場，華潤超市，距離鼓樓，城牆打車10元多。老闆熱情似火，秒回訊息，孩子上大學，以後會經常來西安，一定是不二之選。

回老家過節，就想找個離家近的住宿，這個民宿位置方便，對面就是凱德廣場，入住便捷。房東回覆快。
就是洗手間燈光有點暗，隔音效果還行，不吵。房間也挺寬敞，洗衣機是洗烘一體的，洗衣服很方便。

這民宿房子寬敝、明亮且有窗，裝修很現代。各種設施很齊備。衞生整潔乾淨，住起來很舒服。房東很熱情，對於我們需要的晾衣架，及時的給我們拿過來。説實在，這是我們住這麼多酒店，住得最舒服放心的一次。第一次住民宿就給我很好的印象，很好，若再來西安，還會再次選擇這裏。

房間乾淨，配套好，安全，性價比超高，自駕遊住兩天，第一天入住意外看了高層煙花秀。出門就是凱德廣場和華潤萬家，開車去各個景點時程短，也不堵車，陝博，西安博物院，碑林都近，就連賽格也逛了兩次。房間有小驚喜，自己去發現！

房間內的狀況和圖片完全一致 面積也很大 很滿意
總體來講性價比很高
房間地理位置也不錯 離鐘鼓樓和曲江都不遠
附近有小寨賽格廣場一條美食街
房東也很好
感覺屬於比較驚喜的民宿了

酒店位置很不錯，離鐘樓非常近，很方便，然後房間也很大，床也很舒服，住起來很舒適。廁所也超級大，還有大浴缸。房東人也很熱情，提前讓我們去寄存行李，可以方便我們出去遊玩。

凱德地產的精裝房，落地窗，安靜。電磁爐、冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐都有，非常舒服。房屋安靜，衞生間特別大，有需求隨時跟房東聯繫，響應比較快，比如最近天熱還有蚊子，很快給配了夏涼被電蚊香，給房東點贊。經常來西安出差，以後還會來住。
