酒店衞生非常乾淨，入住體驗非常棒！離周邊熱門景點都非常近，地鐵就在附近，門口公交直達大雁塔，陝西歷史博物館。工作人員熱情好客。服務態度好

酒店隔音很差，床單被罩做不到每日更換，空調不知道怎麼回事，時間長了就不制熱了，然後電視機遙控器電池沒電，洗髮露做不到及時添加，用户用的時候還要跟前台要

前台小姐姐服務都特別好，非常禮貌且有人情味兒。酒店地理位置也很方便，周圍很多吃的，近地鐵。西安整座城市的服務都很不錯，人情味兒也很足！

非常滿意，門口就有公交站，可以直接去大唐不夜城，非常方便，前台小姐姐也有路線給我們提供，態度非常好，下次出來玩，還會住這家店

差到極致，極差！房間小得很，轉不開身，行李都沒處放，沒有衣櫃就一塊板兩個衣架。而且衞生差，房間有蚊子，被子睡着身上癢。牙刷很劣質。攜程平台上定價格比酒店APP上還貴！經濟型酒店312的價格完全是宰客！
