Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service staff by the name of Mike, who went an extra mile in assisting me with my request of booking several local attractions as I did not have a local mobile phone number. Overall, a great experience here although the location may not be ideal for leisure travelers due to its proximity to the high tech zone

The experience I had was great. From the reception to room service. The room was clean and perfectly set up. The outside view from my hotel room was admirable, especially at night. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I definitely look forward to coming back again.

The room was very good, and it was upgraded when the room status allowed. The photos taken in the lobby were superb, especially by Danny. The whole process was followed up, and the service was advanced and in place. I give a special thumbs up and hope the hotel will give praise!

I went there with only my kids without my close friends or fathers, and the rooms and swimming pool were in great condition :)
What was disappointing was the breakfast...

I spent an unforgettable night at the Xi'an High-tech Sheraton Hotel. The entire check-in process was smooth! The room layout and facilities are very new, and there are many surprises! The hotel a**osphere is also very good, making people feel happy. The check-out process was also very smooth. The waiters were very friendly and enthusiastic, and provided meticulous and thoughtful services to the guests, especially Lily, who was warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home.
