We had a great time at this hotel. The biggest challenge was the language barrier. The staff could not speak English, so we have to use the translator app to communicate. However the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered us a complimentary breakfast. The only drawback was that there was only one lift in the building which sometimes made us wait a bit longer. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. We noticed some stain on the carpet and the glass, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The service was amazing. The people at the front were so kind on numerous occasions. They gave me complimentary breakfasts for one. Also, after I checked out, I decided to get a room for a couple hours before my train. They were great at speedily getting a room ready for me in only a few minutes. Lastly, the hotel is in an ideal place. It’s right across the street from the 2 line that goes to the airport and the center of town. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The most satisfying thing about the whole trip was the hotel. This hotel is very clean! The takeaway meals ordered were delivered by robots, and the bedding was very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety, good hygiene, good location, affordable price, close to the train station, good sound insulation, and most importantly, there were many delicious foods around! I highly recommend this restaurant. In short, I am very, very satisfied with this hotel. I rarely feel so satisfied with a hotel that I can rate five points. I really recommend it! !
