如果不是前台小姐姐熱情專業的服務在，可能這家酒店連這1顆星星都不會給。餐廳領班服務，低級錯誤，然後沒有態度的解決方案，真的是夠了。

第一次來西安找方位不熟悉了一個好停車的酒店，地上停車車位多，出進方便安靜不吵，乾淨廁所浴室分離方便，酒店有自助餐方便，離鐘鼓樓有點遠，沒拍照片是正規酒店。

入住時給發票的和開發票的不是一人，開的沒寫明備註，給的沒蓋章，還一下給了兩聯也不知幹啥用。9點多到前台換票，接待小妹妹特別認真負責任，特意手機拍照讓先確認無誤再開。特意避開有字的地方蓋章。特別貼心。服務分加分給她。減分給前兩個開發票給發票的服務員。房間味道重無法散去減分。水量很大

設施：非常老舊 作為同房間的洗衞隔斷玻璃房膠條脱離 沒有床頭座關燈按鈕 沒有USB插口 電視機耷拉欲墜
衞生：地毯斑駁 牆壁污漬 房間沒有抽紙 提供的小肥皂搓不出泡泡 不提供洗髮水沐浴露等
服務：五一期間 可能都是臨時人員 不熟悉業務
優勢：低價 從保利走回來10分鐘

為了看肖戰的如夢之夢，在附近找了酒店，價格適中。距離保利中心非常近，大概騎車5分鐘就可以到。但因為入住的是一層，私密性不那麼好，正對着户外的小廣場。服務員態度還挺好的。

環境很好很安靜，周邊吃飯也方便，到滻灞大劇院也很近，全程都是林蔭道，早點也不錯，服務人員很熱情。酒店送的小零食和酸奶也好吃，很不錯的一次體驗。
