衞生情況挺好的，老闆熱情，下次應該還會選擇這裏。唯一就是門縫透光太厲害飲水機那裡走廊的燈有點太亮。。

因為第二天早上要到北站坐高鐵特意選到這邊住，地理位置距北站5分鐘車程，門口就有小三輪（5塊別被黑了），房東大哥很熱情，從地鐵口接到住宿，會給你推薦景點，會提醒你到高鐵坐三輪就四五塊錢，房間雖然不大但是整潔乾淨，總體十分滿意

離車站很近，晚上到站還可以接站非常方便，在小區裏面也比較安靜，房間衞生乾淨，設施都比較新 樓下吃飯也方便，性價比挺高的

房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，獨立的房間，隔音效果不錯，老闆很熱情，人很好，東西放在那裡忘記帶，老闆熱心聯繫給予幫助，推薦這家公寓，樓下有超市還有飯店，距離地鐵口和公交站也不遠
