The staff had a poor service attitude. During the peak holiday season, the accommodation connection was incorrect, which affected the check-in situation. The hotel did not have a spare set of beds. For example, if a child urinated, vomited after being drunk, or a woman soiled the quilt during her menstrual period, how would they replace it? This makes people have to doubt the hygiene situation.
